Several impounded dogs due to be rescued by a shelter have instead been shot dead by a rural council in NSW under its interpretation of COVID-19 restrictions, alarming animal activists and prompting a government probe.

Bourke Shire Council, in the state’s north-west, killed the dogs to prevent volunteers at a Cobar-based animal shelter from travelling to pick up the animals last week, according to council’s watchdog, the Office of Local Government.

For some reason I am reminded that serial killers start by killing pets and then graduate to kill people. You do have to admit that livestreaming on-the-spot executions of curfew violators will be a great way to advertise you should stay home to help fight the spread of Covid. The dogs are just a test run, the pilot episode if you will.

The massive protests in Melbourne and other locals was a good start but man just man if they’re not embracing their prison colony roots after kids were rounded up and literally pulled out of their parents arms, and as of yet no one has been found as dingo and camel chow at deaddogs I dont know if they have the gumption in em.

  2. If I read this correctly, in order to keep person A from traveling to pick up a rescue dog they sent person B and C to shoot the dog instead.

    But B and C are part of the magic group that can’t get out spread wu- flu…

    Yeah, makes perfect sense to me.

  6. Originally I wanted to go to A-Stan and repatriate those taxpayer funded MRAPs and machine guns to the US taxpayers.

    Starting to think they’d be better served being air dropped to the Aussies. They seem to be willing to fight more at this point.

    We liberated the wrong “A” nation.
