Considering the number of federal laws and the number of Federal regulations that have the force of law. So much so that the agencies responsible for enforcing these law have no idea of the totality of the laws and regulations they are responsible for. Are you sure enough to risk your finances and freedom by stating you haven’t broken federal law to the Gestapo (nee FBI)?
With the many thousands of pages of fed rules and regs, not to mention the many more thousands of state, county, city laws, there is no one in the country that can’t be persecuted for violating something. Every single day.
