I’ve gotten word that apparently the wretched, conniving, rights-destroying, cowardly gun grabbers  have cooked up a plan todestroy NoVA Armory in Arlington.

According to an email I got from the store, the County is holding a public hearing in an attempt to overturn the store’s certificate of occupancy.

Tonight.

Neither Dennis Pratte nor his landlord were notified of this public hearing.

And they weren’t notified by the Arlington County Board, but by a neighbor. I suppose these authoritarian swine were hoping Dennis and his landlord wouldn’t show up and defend themselves against these odious attacks.

After all, it’s much easier to bully your victim by stabbing them in the back. It’s much preferable to destroy your prey when they least expect it.

Freedom under attack-The Liberty Zone

Face your accusers? Allow to defend yourself ? Nah…

Because they will do whatever immoral and unethical and even illegal trick to win the cause.

But they see themselves a righteous.

If they do not have respect for the Second Amendment, the rest will be treated the same way at their convenience.

  1. If you take a look at the PDF, the Zoning Administrator stands by his/her decision to issue the certificate of occupancy, dismantling the b*llshit “””reasoning””” of the plaintiffs.

  2. I don’t know much about how steep of a hill it is to climb with this kind of lawsuit in Virginia courts, but I wouldn’t be afraid of looking into suing in federal court, especially if they revoke occupancy. I would file in federal court under 42 U.S.C. Section 1985(3), “Conspiracy to Interfere with Civil Rights.”

  3. They’ve already got one lawsuit going against the county and 60+ protesters… This could get interesting! Wish I was still there to help fight for them! Dammit…

  4. This looks like the makings of a HUGELY successful lawsuit and I can’t wait for Nova to rake in the punitive damages awarded for the unethical, and illegal behavior of that county board.
