The Sheriff warns that 911 is not working right, very spotty and then goes on to warn the criminal element that residents may take matters in their own hands which means they may need to call 911 for help.
And that is how’s done.

I like Sheriff Mike. If I was a Democrat I’d drive to Louisiana to vote for him.
In Terrebonne Parish the sheriff said anyone caught looting would have to pay a million dollar bail. Plus all those caught would be bussed to St Mary Parish jail because the Terrebonne jail is unusable at this time.
