Boy, that stuck out like a hammered thumb…. I am amazed at the incompetence… When I was an instructor, this little lady would be in for some SERIOUS remedial training, and education punishment….

My guess is that some reporter needed a photo, so they asked the ladies to ready up and prepare for the photo op. But man… yeah the stupid burns. You’d t think the CO or someone would have said “WAIT STOP… please fix your ACOG”.
