Nah. Done right it’s really creamy and rich, more like a custard than regular ice cream. But if you add too much liquid nitrogen everything freezes up too hard and you wind up having to chisel off chunks.

Just whatever you do, don’t lick the spoon used to stir the ice cream mix while pouring in LN2.
