The big issue isn’t the bribes they paid the Bidens. The big issue is the US (Pres Clinton, I think) promised to ensure their security if they got rid of the nukes they inherited from the Soviet Union.
The combination of not keeping that promise and giving Iran a green light on their nuke program will kick off a nuclear arms race among third-tier regional powers and even “just leave us alone” nations. South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, all of Eastern Europe, Saudi Arabia, Egypt…
I’m not too worried about Iran, but I’m seriously worried about China taking all this as a green light to conquer Taiwan.

They’ll start with Israel, but they’ll be threatening the Saudis the whole time. And the Saudis won’t be happy about being down wind of a bunch of nukes going off.
The BEST CASE with Iranian nukes is a “golden age” of terrorism, as they use their nukes to shelter training camps and funding of murders around the world.
Most likely case will be the ragheads will nuke Israel and EMP as much of the US as they can.
I’m not worried about Iran, because if they get seriously out of line Israel will nuke them back a few decades, into the stone age.
The Saudis bought a bunch of Chinese IRBM ranged Ballistic Missiles about 20 or 30 years ago. The Saudi Missiles are the same model as the Pakistani Nuclear Armed missile models that Pakistan bought from China. Oil rich Sunni KSA also financed a lot of the Sunni Pakistani Nuclear Weapons research.

Some people think that Pakistan has 20-30 nuclear warheads for those Saudi missiles in storage for the day the Iran announces their bomb. Load them up on an air transport, hop across the Persian Gulf, and then bolt them to the KSA Missiles. Instant nuclear power. Others think Pakistan will provide Sadi Arabia with more modern nuclear weapons for other KSA missiles.

Two many countries are trying to get nuclear weapons to defend themselves in this multi polar world. Fewer wanted nukes when they had the US or USSR to defend them. All it takes is one Nuclear Weapon to destroy an entire Metropolis. A dozen and you can destroy 90% of Israel or 25% of the US East Coast.
ONE EMP will shutdown all of the east coast for hundreds of miles inland.
