Absolutely tell children that if they change into the clothes of the opposite sex without their parents knowing, they are super heroes like Superman.

Have you noticed how most of these evil people seem to crumple when exposed to the light.
They may scatter; I doubt that changes their opinion or ultimate intentions, though.
Much like cockroaches, they scatter when you shine the light on them. Once the light is no longer on them, they return to their normal behavior.
