You have to wonder how many kids are walking out there truly believing they are not subject to the same laws as everybody else because they are “socially conscious” and should be allowed to get away with it.
I think I have mentioned before that in Africa during the revolutions of the Sixties, witch doctors would perform ceremonies on the warriors and declare them bulletproof so they could go confident into battle. I imagine the face of surprise when a properly placed .308 round made them realize the witch doctor’s juju was all BS. Probably something similar to above less the pain.
Call this the Antifa Effect. These people genuinely believe that because their goals are righteous (they’re not, but they believe it) they can break any law they want. They can steal signs, destroy property, or beat up people, and it’s okay because they are “in the right.”

And in reality, she’s not going to thoughtfully contemplate the reality of her situation but will instead double down and be enabled by her peers against those evil right wing misogynist Trump supporters.
Actually, they are getting away with it. All the DC inauguration rioters had the charges dropped, and most of the violent antifa rioters are acquitted by sympathetic juries. The ones that are convicted get probation.
Crime in certain jurisdictions has no consequences, if it’s directed against the right people.
When she gets out of school with a large debt and a degree in transgendered french dance in the middle ages she will be even more upset.
Reminds me a lot of the cop/detective shows. The ones where some middle class housewife, or teenager ends up being the murderer.
It always ends up in the interrogation room with the suspect saying “They embarrassed me by…” As if somehow, the cops are going to let them go. “What! They embarrassed you! Oh, no problem. We see those 15 horrific murders as justifiable homicide. You are free to go.”
American society would be dramatically improved if every incoming college student had to sit through a mandatory 100-level survey of Soticism in lieu of the current mandatory Feminism course.
