If what the news story says is true, this is one for argument. But we know we cannot trust the media so I am gonna wait to discuss this further till more data is available.

Daryl Daniel (the brother) “…He didn’t even have a gun”… Or common sense. The deceased should have heeded that warning when she pulled the rifle out.
Everything about that was odd, from the way she didn’t seem to want to create distance after grabbing the gun to the way she took a photo and drove off afterwards.
The only sure thing is that she was probably a racist.
Why do they always cut away before the fatal shot? Maybe it’s just me; maybe I’m macabre, but I want to see the perp get it.
Likewise, I was wondering if they were cutting the actual shot out of the video. Without that, I don’t think there’s enough to determine what actually happened.
As far as what I actually see in the footage, there were no gunshots, so she’s clearly innocent.

Taking photographs and fleeing the scene is… odd. But with the limited information provided in a local tv news broadcast, it is hard to say much more than that.
Sucker punching a woman holding a rifle seems a bit…….stupid.
