WASHINGTON — The Biden White House is considering sending masks directly to American households, according to three people familiar with the discussions, an action the Trump administration explored but scrapped.
The Covid-19 Response Team is evaluating the logistics of mailing out millions of face coverings, but no decision has been made, and the proposal hasn’t yet reached President Joe Biden for final approval, a White House official said.

I swear. It is like the Administration is composed by a group of spoiled 10 years old who have been told they are in charge and they decided to blow the budget on gummy bears rather than vegetables.

Because I will likely get a China Virus vaccine soon, and I don’t have a mask, I ordered a box of ten from My Pillow. Using a coupon code (available on their website) I paid about $10 for the box. Figure as seldom as I wear a mask, they’ll last me for the duration. If China Joe sends me masks, I’ll see if I can send them back to him with a note about where to put them.
Way back when the mask thing was first being propagated, Surgeon General Jerome Adams did a nice very short video presentation on masks. One part showed how to turn a t-shirt or the like into a useable mask just by a few folds. The other showed how to turn a suitable piece of fabric into a mask with a few minutes at a sewing machine. I did the latter, using some old pillow cases. The result looks nice and works quite well, though mostly I use store-bought surgeon style masks now. If for any reason I wanted a reusable washable mask I’d just dust off those previous ones.
The whole concept is idiotic, which of course makes it Dem Goverment SOP. Would they seriously claim that, a year into the China Pandemic, Americans don’t already have masks? Of course not. So why send more?
So somebody’s brother can get a sweet govt contract?

We don’t allow spoiled, entitled children that kind of power, and rightfully so. Yet we have a fed.gov full of them.
