Whenever I (or Miguel or any other gun blogger who isn’t a lawyer) write about gun related legal issues, we always preface it with IANAL (I am not a lawyer).
I have never seen a lawyer ever preface an opinion with IANA[X], where X is whatever the expert is on the topic on which they are opining.

Multiple NYPD officers stabbed with machete near Times Square
Multiple New York City Police officers were stabbed by a suspect wielding a machete just blocks away from the New Year’s Eve celebrations in Times Square.
The incident occurred around 10 p.m. at West 52nd Street and 8th Avenue on Saturday, a source from the New York Fire Department confirmed to FOX News.
At least two officers were stabbed in the incident, including a rookie cop on his first day on the job.

There is a science to making it perfect.
Table sugar is sucrose, whic is a disaccharide. That means it’s s a sugar composed of two smaller sugar monomers, glucose and fructose.
Glucose and fructose are sweeter on the tongue than sucrose. They are also liquid at cooler temperatures and have more solubility in water.
The secret of great southern tea is to bring your water to a boil and add your sugar. Let the sugar water boil for about 30 seconds.
That causes a chemical reaction that breaks the sucrose into its glucose and fructose constituents.
You will know when it happens because your sugar water will instantly turn clear (the table sugar in water will be cloudy).
Some of you might recognize this as the process for making simple syrup. That’s exactly what you are doing, making tea in dilute simple syrup.
My ratio is about 1-1/3 to 1-1/2 cups of sugar per gallon, but you can adjust to your own taste.
I boil all the water and steep the tea in it, I don’t do it where you boil half and steep I’m half then cut it with cold water.
I like my tea strong, so I boil all the water, add the sugar, and steep with four family size tea bags, and let it cool to room temperature. It takes a few hours but it comes our perfect.

A 24-year-old man was seen beating his 19-year-old girlfriend after she asked him to marry her in Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa district. The man has been arrested.
Dubey further added that the accused and the girl were in a relationship and the man beat her up after an argument happened between them.
In the video, the 19-year-old girl can be seen asking the accused to marry her. The man initially gets irritated and then proceeds to kick and slap her repeatedly in the face.
It seems that people in India have little tolerance for that sort of shit.
Man Seen In Video Thrashing Teen Gets A Bulldozer Visit In Madhya Pradesh
The home of a Madhya Pradesh man, who brutally thrashed a 19-year-old teen on camera over refusing to marry him, has been razed with a bulldozer, the police said.
Pankaj Tripathi, 24, was seen in the viral video slapping the woman, grabbing her hair and slamming her into the ground head-first. He then kicks her in the face and all over her body. The assault happened at Rewa district.
The district administration today sent a bulldozer to demolish his home. The machine went to work, supported by a large group of policemen, till the house was completely levelled.
Tripathi made a living by driving. His licence has been cancelled now. A local policeman has also been suspended for not taking action against Tripathi on time.
They bulldozed his house and took away his ability to work.
And that’s before they prosecute him and send him to prison.
I also love how they suspended the cop for not doing enough.
I think we need to learn a little from India.
Men who beat women deserve to have their lives bulldozed and cops who fail at their duties need to be punished.
