Right out the gate, it felt great in my hand. The trigger was goldilocks and breaking clean with a nice reset. A bit heavy, but I got used to it pretty quick because it was a very comfortable weapon.

Nice checkering gives you great purchase and the aluminum grips have what they call “cooling channels” and are smooth, but my meaty hands felt secure and comfortable with them.

Sights are adjustable front and back, but my only complaint is that front sight is black, and my old eyes sometimes had issues acquiring.

I only experienced a malfunction, a failure to reload but I am undecided if it was a low powered cartridge, or I limp-wristed like a baby. Probably the later. Other than that, it ran beautifully.

Reverting to my old IDPA days, this is a great ESP gun. Very much fun gun to shoot.

First story:

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (KABC) — One person was killed and eight others were wounded in a shooting late Friday night involving a large crowd that had gathered for a party in San Bernardino, authorities said.

The gunfire began just before midnight inside THA Blue Flame, a hookah bar near the intersection of Palm and Highland avenues, during a party, according to investigators.

The shooting then continued across the street, a witness told ABC7. The witness, who asked not to be identified by name, said she was at a nearby gas station when she saw teenagers who appeared to be gathered for a graduation party. She said at one point a car pulled into the gas station and a person opened fire from inside the vehicle, shooting two girls.

And the second story:

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – One person was killed and nine others injured during a shooting in San Bernardino Friday night.

Officers with the San Bernardino Police Department responded to a shopping plaza at the 3600 block of E. Highland Avenue just before midnight.

When officers arrived on scene, they located one victim dead outside a business. They say nine other people were shot while attending a party.

 One of the victims was as young as 10 years old and another was 12 years old. Many of those people transported themselves to the hospital. Their conditions are not known.

And yes, the race of the shooter (s) is not mentioned and probably won’t be till the news cycle finishes disappearing.

Compare it with the Buffalo Mass Shooting where we had color, motive name and photo of the asshole shooter within 2 hours of the event.

If the shooter ain’t White, the Mass Shooting does not count.

You may remember Samuel Young:

AURORA, Colo. (KDVR) — The man who was found guilty of several criminal charges for firing a gun at a Jeep he believed was trying to run over protesters on Interstate 225 was sentenced to no prison time and will serve five years probation.

Young will serve 90 days in jail for the first count of second-degree assault and an additional 30 days consecutively after for the second count as part of his sentencing. Young already has credit for 50 days served in jail.

The prosecution in Arapahoe County was seeking six years in the Department of Corrections, which was significantly less than the maximum time he faced under sentencing guidelines, which was 16 years.

At one point, a blue Jeep came speeding down the highway, past the crowd. The crowd rushed to get out of the way. That’s when prosecutors say Young pulled out his gun and fired five shots in the direction of the crowd. The bullets hit the back of the Jeep. Two fellow protesters were slightly wounded but the driver of the Jeep was not hit.

Young was originally charged with attempted murder but those charges were reduced.

Any of us not aligned with the politics of the Left, would have been tried to the full original charges of attempted murder, more than likely convicted and sentenced to the full extent.

I believe this was part of the continuous message sent to the Left: You will not face grave consequences if you perform violence in the name of our politics.
