Seattle Police Chief says “F*** it” and quits.

SEATTLE — Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best has announced that she will be resigning next month.
The news of Best’s resignation comes on the same day the Seattle City Council voted to cut spending for the Seattle Police Department.
Best has been dealing with issues regarding police brutality nationally, as well as police use of force during Seattle protests, and navigating the Consent Decree.

Best also had protesters come to her Snohomish County house, creating tension with neighbors.

Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best announces resignation

From what I read around, the budget shavings cuts her salary in half and forces the already officer-depleted department to get rid of 100 officers. Add to the mix that Antifa is going to her house to harass and I clearly understand why she figured the job ain’t worth it and the city certainly is not.

The good news is that the suburbs eventually should see less incidents with Antifa. It is easier for the Black Mutts to Burn, Loot and Murder where payback is not available  and their hides will not be beaten.

So Seattle burns? At this point in time, really who gives a damn about it? certainly not most their inhabitants (Present readership excluded).

Saw it over Only Guns and Money . Probably the most hated movie of the 80s but the Liberal Intelligentsia and Hollywood in general who were always supine to the Soviet’s feelings. I remember a Terrorism professor commenting that the flick was a much needed slap in the face to politicians. But it came from the genius of John Millius who never gave a damn about feelings, specially from Hollywood idiots and assorted politicians.

Seattle was feeling unloved. Local Antifa Acts Up.

Portland’s Antifa has been getting the lion’s share of the headlines and Twitter time, so I guess the Seattle chapter had to step up for their bit of limelight.
Like attacking a street preacher.

One of the principles of warfare is to remove the humanity of your enemy as to reduce or eliminate any sympathy you may have for them when the time comes to get rid of them. I do have to admit that Antifa is doing it better to themselves that anybody else could.

Good thing they are only a myth, otherwise they may end up in a list like the Burmese python in the Everglades.

Seattle PD keeping Antifa safe from journalists.

I was amazed when I saw the video. They actually lay hands on the woman and remove her away from Antifa and then turn around and try to soothe the black beasts.

It is embarrassing. They shot Harambe for less.

Update to Neighborhood pushback

I have actual news and more video about my earlier post Neighborhood pushback.

From Fox News:

Pro-Police protesters clash with BLM demonstrators in Colorado

Counterprotesters got involved in a violent confrontation with pro-police supporters at a Back the Blue rally in Fort Collins, Colo. Saturday, which ended with the arrests of three people.

The pro-police attendees said two different groups of counterprotesters — consisting of Black Lives Matter supporters and what appeared to be members of Antifa — joined the event. They also claimed a faction from one of those two groups attacked a veteran who was in a wheelchair, according to The Collegian.

The whole video from one of the pro-police marchers was posted online.

You can see that some of the Antifa were arrested.

While I am supportive of the pushback, and completely believe that these people should be introduced to a nice piece of hickory whenever they cause trouble in a community, I am also wary.

Elsewhere in Colorado, just a week before, other protesters showed up to harass a community with guns and plate carriers:

The mob holds a grudge.

I’d be legitimately afraid that the mob will return to settle the score.

What I am absolutely sure of is that things are going to get worse before they get better.

School Safety Advocacy Council destroys its credibility (blood pressure warning) – Update

This is how the School Safety Advocacy Council describes itself from its own website:

The School Safety Advocacy Council (SSAC) was established in 2005 with the goal of providing the highest quality school safety training and services to school districts, law enforcement agencies and communities. The Council was founded with the mission to expand beyond the singular approach of relying on law enforcement as the solution for school violence to a cooperative approach which includes all community stakeholders.

The School Safety Advocacy Council has become the recognized leader in school safety services and training and is the host of the largest conference in the nation addressing all aspects of school safety, the National School Safety Conference which attracts professionals from not only the United States but the world.

In addition to the national conferences the School Safety Advocacy Council works in cooperation with its local hosts, government and corporate partners to provide training and services to communities, colleges and universities, school districts and law enforcement agencies nationwide. The School Safety Advocacy Council and its experts, who are current law enforcement or education executives, have extensive experience working with school districts and law enforcement agencies nationwide. Our experience ranges from assisting one of the largest school districts in the nation with their districtwide one to one technology roll out, where we conducted assessments and developed recommendations for policy and procedures for a program to distribute technology to over 600,000 students and staff members in their district, to working on projects to assess and train a single school.

The School Safety Advocacy Council has the experience and knowledge to exceed the requirements of any project. With our proven experience of hosting multiple large national conferences, performing school safety services for the U.S. Department of Justice, National Institute of Justice and it’s Centers, and providing assessment, training and consulting services to school districts and law enforcement agencies across the nation, we are the only organization that can bring such a diverse national perspective and expertise to your community or district.

So school safety policy is important to them.

This is what they did:

I fundamentally cannot understand why defending and reelecting disgraced Sheriff Scott Israel is a hill so many people are willing to die on?

Or more specifically, willing to kill their children on?

Is it simply TDS and wanting to oppose Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (who is arguably one of Trump’s favorite governors)?

Because it wasn’t just the Parkland fuckup that got Scott Israel taken down, but his epic fuckup of the Ft. Lauderdale Airport shooting too.  In fact, it was that his department repeated all the same mistakes from FLL in Parkland that was the justification for his removal.  He failed to learn his lessons from the after-action report and make corrections.

But despite a legislative hearing which dumped an entire poultry farm worth of egg on his face, rather than crawl under a rock and give his service weapon a blow job like he should have, he decided to run for reelection, and half of everyone is backing him.

As a father, I can’t imagine TDS being so bad that parents actually say “I want the guy who got at least a dozen people shot at Parland with his shitty policies to be in charge of school safety were my kids go.”

I truly don’t get this.

But you know what, I don’t live in South Florida anymore, and if they reelect Scott Israel and every kid in Broward County is gunned down because he fucked up for the Nth time, I just don’t fucking care.

Apparently the only thing Democrats know how to do when they are in charge of a community is bankrupt it and get their children murdered.

Update:

Do you want to see what brass plated internet armchair tough-guy balls look like?

Mouthing off to the parent of a kid killed at Parkland is sure to garner them some respect.

Neighborhood push back

Remember what I said yesterday about Antifa going into residential neighborhoods?

I don’t know where this took place, but good job to that community.

Given the look of some of those patriots, Antifa is very lucky they survived this encounter.  I suspect there were more than a few concealed firearms and some itchy trigger fingers in that group.  Antifa was wise to back away slowly and not escalate, that was the smartest thing they ever did in their lives.

In the Blue cities, they might be able to get away with their rioting bullshit.

In the Red zones, they will fair poorly.
