On Decmber 30, I posted an article by Donald Kaul where he stated that the .Gov should declare the NRA a terrorist organization, gun owners that didn’t submit to be killed and “Mitch McConnell and John Boehner, our esteemed Republican leaders, to the back of a Chevy pickup truck and drag them around a parking lot until they saw the light on gun control.”

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a thoughtful, well-reasoned column suggesting ways to cut down on gun violence in our ever more violent society.

Mr. Kaul now says it was a satire…. I think somebody is in need of new undies. That happens to cowards and bullies when they are confronted…and now that I think about it, Mass Murderers like the asshole in Newtown do the same thing.

    1. Quickly followed by the “oh, you’re too stupid to get it.”

It’s like these guys have a set in stone playbook to follow.

  1. Anytime a prog tells the God-honest truth about his intentions toward his fellow men he always ends up having to repudiate it with “I was just joking, you stupid hicks.” Comes the revolution, I hope someone focuses on MSM assholes like this.

  2. It just occurred to me, wonder if he got TJICed? Of course, he would like the government getting up in his business. Kaul probably takes extraneous air trips just for the government security theater.

  3. In the comment section of today’s “apology?” I took him apart and even published his home address and phone number. Two can play that game.

  4. Do we know if anyone has looked up the statute for threatening great bodily harm or death to Federal Gov officials, and if this guy’s comments were forwarded to the FBI?

If the Secret Service can investigate and “interview” Ted Nugent for an off-hand comment directed at Obama, should they or the FBI be looking at David Kaul the same?

  5. Found it, I think… 18 USC § 115

David Kaul, you might want to read up on 18 USC § 115, since you made a direct threat to members on congress: “Then I would tie Mitch McConnell and John Boehner, our esteemed Republican leaders, to the back of a Chevy pickup truck and drag them around a parking lot until they saw the light on gun control.”

    (2) Whoever assaults, kidnaps, or murders, or attempts or conspires to kidnap or murder, or threatens to assault, kidnap, or murder, any person who formerly served as a person designated in paragraph (1), or a member of the immediate family of any person who formerly served as a person designated in paragraph (1), with intent to retaliate against such person on account of the performance of official duties during the term of service of such person, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).

    (4) A threat made in violation of this section shall be punished by a fine under this title or imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years, or both, except that imprisonment for a threatened assault shall not exceed 6 years.

Ted Nugent was investigated and “interviewed” by Secret Service / FBI for an off-hand comment at Obama, so you should expect the same. But I’m sure you can squirm out of any charges by claiming it was satire under the 1st amendment while continuing to advocate the infringement of the 2nd.

  6. I guess he doesn’t understand that those phone calls and emails were a literary device called “satire”.
