Just watched on CSPAN What a freak show of legislators willfully upsurping and ignoring their oath and the constitution
Actually, the Constitution won again (for a change).
Congress (well, those who voted against) just kept the People from having to take it to the courts, and after several years and a lot of money, having the it nullified.
Of course Nelson isn’t a “she” but he sure votes like it (with apologies to the sensible women in our country.) Let’s hope he retires this term, so we can get a good Republican in that slot!!
