What’s legal is important. What the political agenda of the local prosecutor is would be more important. In most venues where such a mob may pose a threat to the typical motorist the prosecutors are liberal wastes of skin who would far prefer to crucify the victim of a mob attack than to punish anyone part of the mob. Know this fact. Plan and act accordingly.
As J has noted previously, these mostly-peaceful protesters continuing to endanger regular citizens is not going to end well for at least one party.
That these geniuses are not doing this in a small town suggests that they’re not quite as stupid as they might appear.
I’m happy that I don’t live in an urban area.

Great video. One part of the message is to act in a more restrained fashion than the law might actually require because you’re going to be attacked by left wing prosecutors and judged by juries who may have an agenda or at the very least may be swayed by left wing propaganda. So you’ want to be so obviously right that your actions can’t be successfully twisted.
