SAN FRANCISCO — Despite warnings from California officials, the nation’s highest court is refusing to delay the early release of nearly 10,000 California inmates by year’s end to ease overcrowding at 33 adult prisons.
In its decision Friday, the Supreme Court dismissed an emergency request by the Gov. Jerry Brown to halt a lower court’s directive for the early release.
What they need is…..(drum roll)….more gun control! Why? Because the raise in violent crime will be directly attributed to the “liberal gun laws” of this country.

In IL it wasn’t the courts but the Governor who released hundreds of criminals, several of them violent as Mary Shepard discovered.

Excuse me, but what is a main function of government, if not to have a court system to maintain law and order? All the rest is gravy. Our politicians here are fixated with high speed rail, green energy, diversity, and gun control. What a bunch of inept idiots.
Obviously it’s to bend the citizenry over the desk and rape them violently while telling them it’s for their own good.
