Joseph Robert Wilcox

“Joseph died attempting to protect others.”
Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie.

He managed to change the predetermined dynamics that assholes Jerald and Amanda Miller had planned for the WalMart shoppers. He lost his life but many others were saved.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. Truely he met the expectation of a “brave man” – ‘for evil to triumph brave men must just do nothing’ – he did the something he could .
He is a HERO in my book!

  2. I think the full quote is even more appropriate here.

“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.”

    Theodore Roosevelt

The right thing would have been to stop these two and escape unharmed. But the bottom line is that he chose to act. I wonder how many people just froze in their tracks when this happened. I bet the surveillance video shows a bunch of people just watching the whole thing like it was on TV.

The quote is one that I’ve shared with my kids many times. I think they’re words to live by.
