The latest dumbassery plaguing the Brid Channel is posting a video with something seemingly controversial and asking a dumb question as if soliciting opinion like “Is this justifiable?” “”Did he do right?” or some other similarly idiotic query.

And, of course, it is not self-defense but a double homicide. And about 99.99% of the comments reflect that view with the exception of 4 that we may see going to prison in future cases.
The dumbasses… they are out there.
The level of stupidity is off the charts on all sides. I’ve said it before I’ll say it again, I’m for arming everyone to the teeth, then let the legal chips fall where they may.
Unfortunately alot of the dumbasses are district attorneys….. and they HATE We the People..
The two anchor shots were a nice touch.
Nothing says, “Yes I wanted them dead, dead, dead,” like a shot to the head as they lay on the floor bleeding out.
Anybody else making up dialogue in their head to replace the nonexistent audio?

If the first guy got shot as he rushing the shooter with the scissors, I could see that being self defense.
The case as shown? Most definitely not.
I’ve got nothing more to comment on regarding the self defense claims. Especially now since the shooter is as dead as his victims.

This situation reminds me of one of the statements made in a lecture class I took with Varg Freeborn. “Once you open the door to violence, you don’t get to choose who comes through it.” Varg wrote a couple very good books on the subject that are worth reading and they’re definitely something that will give one pause to think about the course of action.

That class (and becoming a husband/father) changed how I thought about a lot of things. This situation is a prime example of why I don’t flip people the bird, honk at people in traffic unnecessarily, and am one of the first to beat feet (with family in tow if applicable) in a situation that looks like it could go all pear shaped. People can call me a coward or whatever, but I’ll prefer to be a live coward to being a dead chest thumper.
