My old bank in Groton, CT had that policy.
Almost every bank and convenience store around here has used those signs for years. It never occurred to anyone here that a list of clothing that could be used to obscure a criminal’s identity would be considered racist.
Odd, both the Credit Union I’m in right now and Navy Federal had that policy, at least you had to show your face and not obscure it in a hoodie or hat. This was like, back in 2007.
