Kenosha Killings: Who was Joseph D Rosenbaum?

You remember him. The one taunting the armed citizens, using the “N” word and eventually catching one in the brain pan.

He was a sexual predator, a child rapist. I originally find out by a tweet in passing (Her name was Vicky, sorry I lost her account) and I went in the Wisconsin Registered sex Offender database:

The original crime happened in Arizona, so I checked their immate database, holy crap.

Besides the conviction for sex with a minor, he has 40 records of infractions while incarcerated. From disobeying to drug possession and assaulting the staff.

In a sense, it is poetic justice that he ended his days on Earth by the hand of a minor.

So exactly what kind of people hang around insideĀ  BurnLootMurder?

Use of deadly force under the cover of being a medic

I keep finding more and more interesting stuff in Social Media.Ā  In my last post, I had this photo of Kyle Rittenhouse being almost brained by a “skateboarder”.

BeforeĀ  anything else, please indulge me and watch the video of the shooting again starting at 00:15 and the guy that gets close to Kyle. Notice how weird he moves.

And then I find these two pics:

CLICK TO ENLARGE. Notice the “skateboarder” on the right of the first pic holding his chest, skateboard not quite reaching the ground. I presume he is one of the dead.

Yes,Ā  the alleged medic raises his hands announcing he was unarmed but it was a ruse that unfortunately for him, did not work.Ā  In the second photo, you can still see him holding to the pistol he probably drew as he jumped on the kid. My guess he tried to do a John Wick close-up kill but reality got there first.

I have seen over and over these past three months Antifa complaining that the cops were “attacking” their medics which is a war crime and whatnot. I might be mistaken, but you cannot be a combatant and claim the alleged respect given to medics.Ā  There have been plenty of claims of people (undercover Antifa/BLM) prancing around, camera in hand with PRESS patches attached to their chest and backs, only to join the fracas when they think nobody is looking.

And that only can mean that anybody with Medic or Press identifiers, will probably be treated like the rest of the commies: Harshly.

They couldn’t make the riots more obvious

Did we need more proof the riots were orchestrated by the Democrats. When they thought they were making people mad at Trump they were “peaceful protests.” Now that the data says they help Trump the riots must stop.

Never mind people killed, millions of dollars lost, businesses shut down or destroyed.Ā  The only principle was “get Trump.”

A 17-year-old Illinois resident has been arrestedĀ by police for first-degreeĀ murderĀ after allegedlyĀ fatally shootingĀ twoĀ WisconsinĀ protesters on Tuesday evening.

Kyle Rittenhouse of Antioch, Illinois, was charged inĀ Kenosha, Wisconsin, and labelled as a “fugitive of justice”, according toĀ Lake County, Illinois Clerk of Courts public records first obtained by theĀ Daily Dot.

The Antioch Police Department made the arrest on Wednesday after the suspect allegedly fled Wisconsin for his home state following the shooting.

“(The suspect) fled the state of Wisconsin with the intent to avoid prosecution for that offence,” according to theĀ document.

There is a legal term/principle/idea whereas if you flee the scene of a crime, you are nailing yourself with an assumption of guilt.Ā  Andrew Branca has mentioned more than once I am ashamed I keep forgetting the name.

This kid just made his case 100 times harder than it should have been.Ā  I still believe the shootings were justified till the evidence says otherwise, but his damn running away makes for wavering beliefs.

If you have to remove yourself from the scene of an incident because of safety reasons, do so while on the phone with 911 or call them as soon as you can explaining why you had to move and where you can be found.

PS: Yes, the question of WTF was a 17 year old doing there is running around in the cranial penthouse looking for a logical answer.

The phrase you’re looking for is “consciousness of guilt evidence,” but it’s inapplicable to this case. It’s intended to apply to persons who are attempting to avoid actual criminal liability by flight or tampering with evidence or lying to the police. Think “Bernie Goetz fleeing subway car after shooting the men who attacked him, and running to CT to hide” as a more classic example of consciousness of guilt flight. That’s not what happened here.
Here, Rittenhouse immediately turned himself over to police while still at the scene of the shooting, so he clearly wasn’t attempting to avoid responsibility or identification or avoid prosecution–he knew the authorities knew who he was and where they could find him.
More likely the Trayvon-Martin-aged Rittenhouse simply didn’t understand that he was prohibited from just going home, if going home meant leaving the state.
I know the complaint against him states that he was fleeing for purposes of avoiding prosecution, but that’s a presumption–note there’s no evidence cited in support of that claim. And if I had $1 for every profoundly defective and falsified criminal complaint I saw in an apparently clear-cut case of self-defense, I’d have more BMW motorcycles in my garage.
Rittenhouse is apparently, based on known evidence, no more guilty of murder in this event than Officer Chauvin is guilty of murdering George Floyd or Officer Rolfe is guilty of murdering Rayshaad Brooks or the McCloskeys are guilty of unlawful use of weapons when facing down a threatening mob outside their home. These charges and prosecutions are all political theater for the benefit of the Progressive fascist team, which these days often includes the local prosecutor.

One of this day I am gonna get hit with a bill from Andrew and I am gonna need a massive fundraiser.
In the meantime, I will plug again his very good and necessary book. Kidding aside, get the darn thing and read it cover to cover at least twice.

They want absolute free rein to terrorize us

I’m ripping off the video from Miguel’s last post.

Now of I’m following this correctly, the mob threw an object that looks like a Molotov cocktail at the shooter.Ā  He ran, they chased him, they jumped him and tackled him, then one guy kicked him.Ā  It was then as he was being rushed my more members of the mob, one of which had a Glock in his hand, did he from a seated position score three hits.Ā  Two fatal and one debilitating.

I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me like he fully executed every duty to retreat.

Antifa and their supporters, however, must control the narrative.Ā  In that, they must be the victims.

So this is the smear they are perpetuating.

They are pushing the hoax that this was a coordinated murder between white supremacists and police.

They are doing the shooter (I will not repeat that information).

I fear for this young man’s life.Ā  That the mob will come to his home for vengeance.

This is Antifa weaponizing social media against us.

If we defend ourselves they will destroy us online and attempt to set a narrative to destroy us in court.
