NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio (WJW) – A woman suspected of stabbing and killing a 3-year-old boy outside a local grocery store is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon.

The child and his mother were attacked and stabbed outside a Giant Eagle in North Olmsted, Ohio

Officials say around 3 p.m. Monday, June 3, a mother and her son had just finished grocery shopping and appeared to be headed back to their vehicle when a woman wearing all black charged at them with a kitchen knife, stabbing both of them.

Multiple shoppers called 911. Responding officers came to give first aid and quickly arrested Bionca Ellis, 32, of Cleveland, who was found walking toward Dover Center Road, reportedly still holding the weapon.

Police said the attack appeared to be random and that they did not believe the victims had interacted prior to the incident.

Readers know that I advocate for the use of self-defense against sucker punches.

That first shot might have been self-defense.

All the followup shots after the neighbor in the red shirt went down, were murder.

Now, I said might because the press check he did before the shooting started suggested he knew a fight was coming and was preparing to draw his gun and use it.

The big take away is never miss an opportunity to shut the fuck up and walk away.

Bruised egos heal easier than gun shot wounds.

Two police officers were released from a hospital Monday, hours after they were shot in Queens overnight in a chaotic scene that also left a suspect wounded.

Officers investigating a robbery pattern involving mopeds and scooters in East Elmhurst tried to pull over a person going the wrong way on a moped near 23rd Avenue and 82nd Street just after 1:30 a.m., police said, but the man jumped off and ran away.

The two 26-year-old officers chased him several blocks, and NYPD officials say he fired at them multiple times during the pursuit. One officer, Richard Yarusso, was hit in his bulletproof vest, which stopped the bullet; the other, Christopher Abreu, took a bullet to the leg.

The suspect, identified as 19-year-old Bernardo Raul Castro Mata, was shot once in the right ankle. He was taken into custody and transported to a hospital for treatment, where he was expected to recover after surgery. The teen had been staying at a migrant shelter on Ditmars Boulevard, steps from the crime scene, after arriving in the U.S. in 2023, law enforcement sources said.

Investigators said the 19-year-old from Venezuela has no prior arrests in New York City but is a suspect in two violent robberies in Queens on May 21. In both cases, suspects on mopeds used force to rob victims of various items, including purses, phones and debit cards, according to three senior law enforcement officials.

I have written about the Venezuelan Motorizado criminal culture before. As I predicted, NYC is going to have (and is) paying for allowing this administration allowing them to come in and the New York government for cuddling them. The “migrant shelter on Ditmars Blouevard”? One of three hotels contracted by the city to house these criminals and other “migrants.”

I had not seen this news item in the regular media and only because somebody posted in Facebook. Easy locations make for easy and safe targets, and this is not lost on these miscreants. But unfortunately, they are getting so old, they are no longer newsworthy or simply the Lefty Media (but I repeat myself) don’t want to cast them in a bad light.

You know what would have given them hours of coverage? If they had invaded the NRA Annual Meeting and demand Israel to stop the Genocide!

But true activism requires testicular fortitude and their own preconceived ideas of us being a bunch of ultra violent White Supremacists probably make the decission to give the event a long and far away pass.

Which was VERY smart on their part.

It was not too long ago when we talked about NOT intervening in case of emergency. This is just another nail in that coffin.

The idea that you would find a woman passed out and in danger of death, but because you cannot get permission to touch her, you should not help is absolutely stupid…. and I am willing to go along with it 100%.
