The post about the NY law being tougher on the owner of a single “hi cap” magazine than an arsonist is under review at this time. I gave a glance at the law and gave me a headache so many twists and turns.
I will let you know when I figure it out..

At some point, it’s worth the cost to keep an attorney on retainer to save yourself the headache of interpreting the laws yourself…
… aaand for those times (and you just KNOW they’re gonna happen) when the law as it’s applied by the police is *somewhat* different from the law as it’s written.
