Officers say the suspect forced his way into an apartment on Shiloh Woods Court at Cambridge Woods Apartments, near 42nd Street north of East Fletcher Avenue, where he bound the four men and sexually assaulted the four women inside. He instructed the victims there not to call police for 30 minutes, and they followed those instructions out of fear, deputies said.
This does not sound like your run of the mill, TV-&-Blu-Ray-collecting armed robber. This here is a serious sick puppy that will get somebody killed, probably next time around. In all probability the kids being targeted are under 21 so they won’t be eligible to carry a concealed weapon, but probably over 18 and if I am not mistaken, can keep some sort of weapon in his domicile as long as it is not part of the Campus.
I do hope they catch this bastard soon. I really have a bad feeling about him.

The suspect in a USF crime spree has been killed.
Shortly after noon on Friday, officials were following a red sedan along US 301 just north of I-4.
Gunfire was exchanged as officials followed the suspect’s vehicle. Moment later, the suspect’s vehicle crashed into the median where the suspect began firing at authorities.

A sprawling manhunt for a suspect accused of multiple assaults near the University of South Florida overnight ended just after noon Friday with a shootout that killed suspect Charlie Bates.
Looks like they stopped the threat. Man, that was one sick dude.
“He entered an apartment, where a party was going on, and forced 25 people into a bedroom at gunpoint. The suspect fired at least one round into the ground, according to detectives.”
