That’s not just any Hi-Point, that’s a .380 ACP Hi-Point.
I find myself wondering if that badge says ‘Legal Concealed Carrier’ on it, as have been sold sometimes. Or perhaps just a prop badge and a low budget staged photo. I’m not saying the guy is making up the fact that he’s a police officer, but they REALLY boned the photo set-up.
And sloppy discipline.
