No, what you’re hearing is that all “allowed” cameras will be out-facing, away from the antifa/blm crowd.
If I were a betting man, I’d wager that if a group of armed Patriots showed up, the leaders of the event would suddenly develop acute, selective amnesia regarding the “no streaming, no cameras” policy. Hundreds of phones would immediately start recording video to document how the “peaceful protesters” were harassed and violently attacked by Right-Wing White Supremacists.
Because they’re not against cameras or streaming. They’re against cameras and streaming that refute their narrative or make them look bad.
So … if they’re autonomously organized, who’s to say – literally, who has the authority to say it – that there can’t be any recording or streaming?
the people who will absolutely beat the shit out of you and take your camera if you show up and try to record them.
