That combo of two people in a cheap Japanese motorcycle is very common in some countries south of the border where regular vehicles are expensive. While the great majority are “regular” folk, it is also the preferred way of committing violent crimes because it allows for a very fast getaway and very hard to chase.

Can you imagine both on the street, or at least the one ejected KO’d due to bike. Hell, if he did it right, it’d be an INSTANT getaway.
