J. Kb already posted a great answer to the orgasmic celebration of death in Dallas by the Opposition. Yes, celebration because by genitally congratulating each other about how armed civilians could not stop Micah “asshole” Johnson they did not realize that they are also celebrating that Dallas PD with dozens of officers armed with sidearms and long guns could not do it either. In fact, they are unwittingly, celebrating the death of the five officers and crapping down on every law-enforcement officer that put his life on the line because they keep forgetting (or maybe it is on purpose) that Cops are also good guys with guns.

So basically Bloomberg, Shannon Watts and Members of Everytown and Moms Demand are the New White Panther Party or at least honorary members of the New Black Panther Party.

That is the kind of sick individuals that are allegedly working to keep you safe. Somehow, I do not trust their intentions.

One of the more disgusting things I saw the Left do after the Dallas protest police shootings last week was gloat over the fact that a concealed carrier did not stop this mass shooting.  Because a regular citizen with CCW did not stop a sniper attack, to them, proves that CCW is ineffective and they responded by relishing that fact over the NRA (of course).  This goes without saying is absolutely disgusting.

Let me be clear on something.

Nobody has said that a CCW permit holder can stop EVERY shooting.  It can’t.

In this case, the shooter was a sniper hiding in a fortified position – he barricaded himself in a room.  US Army guidelines say that it takes a 3:1 ratio to assault a fortified position, three assaulters for every defender.

For snipers, there is no guidelines, but historically the method that works is overwhelming force.  I remember watching an interview in the History Channel of some WWII veteran telling about German snipers.  His convoy was pinned down by a sniper.  They figured out the sniper was in the top of a tree in a stand of trees a few hundred yards away across a field.  One brave soldier got into a M45 quad mount that was in the back of a truck and emptied the entire battery into the stand of trees, knocking them all down.  They figured they got the sniper when the shooting stopped.

In Iraq, counter sniping was done more often with close air support than other snipers.  When pinned down by a sniper in a building, the Army called in to have a JDAM dorpped on the building.

Quite famously, to try and stop the the Finnish sniper Simo Hayha, the Soviet army located the forest he was in and carpet bombed it.  Hayha survived.

The Dallas police understood how dangerous it is to take on a sniper, and send in a robot to deliver a bomb to get the shooter.

Of course the reality of the situation means nothing to Liberals.  They found a way to manipulate a tragedy into a talking point and they are going to run with it.

The overwhelming majority of CCW permit holders are not “Rambo wannabes.”  We don’t get our permits with the dream of getting into gunfights with snipers.  We simply want to be able to defend ourselves if we find ourselves in a situation in which that is the only option.  We do not want the difference between live and death to be at the mercy of a bad guy.

Of course, for me this is only a matter of principle.  So I’m going to leave the final words of this post to a woman who lived this, Suzanna Gratia Hupp, who survived the 1991 Luby’s massacre in Kileen, TX.

Yes, she is that stupid about guns, but the question that we should be asking is: Is it a bug or a feature? She is the kind of person that could be called to testify about Gun Control and her appearances on News shows gives her “credibility” which could be used by our Opposition to reclassify bolt-action and lever-action rifles as assault weapons and thus, subjected to ban….for the children.

I know, they promised you that they would never come for your hunting rifles, right?  And you are shocked they lied to you?

Charles Manson associated the title of a Beatle’s song with his idea that Blacks when properly motivated and manipulated, “would lash out in violent crimes against whites. A resultant murderous rampage against blacks by frightened whites would then be exploited by militant blacks to provoke an internecine war of near-extermination between racist and non-racist whites over blacks’ treatment. Then the militant blacks would arise to sneakily finish off the few whites they would know to have survived; indeed, they would kill off all non-black.”

Now, Charlie’s plan was not to give the black community an upper hand for all those years of oppression so they could redress what happened to them. In fact, just the opposite: Manson believed that “Blackie” was stupid, easy to manipulate and once they killed almost all white people, they wouldn’t know what to do and would go to him to rule them and over the new empire. The Manson Family then proceeded to commit the famous Tate/La Bianca murders and tried to pass them as Black on White crime without success.

Now, with all the racial strife we’ve been having and the amazing amount of made-up crap coming out of Black Lives Matter, the New Black Panthers and other groups , one has to wonder if we are seeing the resurrection & remodeling of Helter Skelter. It is a great social engineering project: Create a false racial issue, magnify any event related to it by creating a false narrative (Watermelon juice and Skittles, Hands up – Don’t Shoot, etc) give them a modicum of moral “protection” (They can’t be racist because they are minorities, you are the racist for questioning) and send them out on the streets.  If there is rioting, great. If there is killing in either side, even better.

I know, Tin Foil Hat material, but damn if it does not rings a lot true.

It turned out to be an SKS. And if you remember the latest California Assault Weapon idiocy that got into law not too many days ago, the SKS would have the characteristics of the “approved” long guns: Fixed low capacity magazine and no bullet button for quick magazine change.
