Go woke, go broke, California State edition

California did it.  They came up with a policy that is so over the top it will be the anvil the breaks the camel’s back.

Personally, I love this policy.

I think it is brilliant.

I can get a round trip flight from Huntsville to LAX for about $400.

I have a $2,000 deductible.

It is cheaper for me to fly to California and go to a hospital without ID than cover my deductible.

Anything more expensive than $500 and not an emergency and I’ll fly out to the golden state and check myself into an ER under the name Juan Rodriguez.  I can speak passable Spanish.  I identify as an illegal and fuck you for not believing me you racist.

Thank you California tax payers for voting for Trump hating idiots.

I’ll never worry about the burden of health care ever again.

Especially if my cancer comes back.  I’m sure Mark Zuckerberg’s state income tax is more than enough to cover Juan Rodriguez’s chemotherapy.

It just dawned on me…

I have never been in a Starbucks in Indiana, Nebraska, or Alabama that had locks on the bathroom door or required some sort of key or code to use.

In fact, in my entire time in the Mid West, the only locked bathroom I’ve ever run into has been the outside one at a gas station.

I guess we flyover country bumpkins are just too backwards and stupid to know to secure our toilets like bank vaults less someone make an “unauthorized deposit.”

I guess them big city folks in New York and California need to teach us knuckle dragging rubes about bathroom security.  We still must be just to used to outhouses to know any better.

Everytown apparently is not a nice place to work.

I saw this ove@TactiCoolMemes and had to check it out. Screen caps says it all. Power struggles, racism, psychological manipulation

And what I found next is interesting. What the coordinators get paid for pushing the Gun Control agenda. The only coordinator position I know of are those individuals mentioned by Everytown themselves a local or state coordinators.

On the left, Michelle Gajda, Florida coordinator with Husband-Cheating, Anti Gun GOP State Senator Anitere Flores. Nice to know that Ms. Gadja gets between $46K and $50 to work for Everytown.

I keep saying it: We need a Billionaire on our side to win soon and completely.  The Opposition has well paid coordinators, funding to transport people around and I imagine feeding them too. If we had access to half those resources, we would probably had NFA beaten by now.

This is how you kill a Rock musician.

With a little use of Photoshop.

Via 90 miles

There is no bigger politically deranged musician than ultra-talented Roger Waters. He is foaming-at-the-mouth anti-Semite, Anti-Israel and most definitely Ant-Trump. Plus he is a well-known asshole who likes to treat people like shit. Apparently there is not a person he had worked closely with him that somehow shit did not end in a physical altercation and one of the ones I remember was notoriously quiet director Alan Parker (The Wall) having to punch back Waters repeatedly after attacked.

I don’t know if the person who did this knew Water’s reputation, but damn that is a great fake tweet. I he sees this, He will probably die of a stroke.

I am pretty sure it is made up.

This appeared in my Facebook feed and I made a double take:

You have to be kidding me!

I was caught between going with a facepalm meme or a Forest Whitaker twitchy eye meme. In the end, I had to go with Boondock Saints.

ow can anybody thinks these walking jokes must be taken seriously is beyond me. Then again I am not an expert on Stupidology.

The Iron Law strikes again

Remember that Promise Program that Nikolas wasn’t on,  then it turns out he was, and after having years of bad behavior brushed aside he killed 17 kids?

Then the guy who created the Promise Program suggested that parents pull their kids out of school until gun laws get passed?

Oh it gets so much worse.

So much.

Broward Promise administrator could get $24,000 boost in compensation

The Broward County School Board is expected to decide whether to give initial approval to an upgraded job description for Mickey Pope, who made $149,389 as of fall 2017 as executive director of student support services.

It turns out that she did such a good job of ignoring criminal behavior until 17 kids were shot in a school that she is to be rewarded.

If this makes no sense to you, remember the Iron Law of Bureaucracy.  The Promise Program was never about protecting kids.  It was about protecting schools and administrators from having to report high levels of criminal behavior in schools – particularity by minority students – which could negatively affect a school’s funding.

With that in mind, ignoring a kid who said he wanted to be a school shooter until he actually shot up a school, is really excelling at her job.

QED: For her excellence at ignoring every possible warning to protect the school’s budget, the bureaucracy is going to reward her.

For the bureaucracy, a school shooting is the best thing that could happen.  Nobody got fired, nobody is going to jail, everybody is keeping their pensions, and the school gets more money for security and can hire more six figure bureaucrats to manage school security.

No, I’m not being cynical or sarcastic.  This is 100% accurate.

That is fucking horrifying.
