TDS and Israel

Yesterday, the Trump administration officially opened America’s embassy in Jerusalem.  This completes the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995, was passed into law by a super majority of both the  Senate (93–5) and the House (374–37).

The act recognizes that Israel declared Jerusalem to be its capital in 1950.  This was done as Jerusalem was the capital of the Kingdom of Judea, and is the center of Judaism since the Kingdoms of Solomon and David.  Jews have been saying “Next Year in Jerusalem” at the Passover Seder since the 15th century.

Yesterday, was also the bloodiest day of fighting along the Israeli border in the last few weeks.

With all eyes on the Trump administration dedicating the embassy in Jerusalem, how did the Left in politics and the media respond?

Jew hatting, Louis Farrakhan loving Congressman Keith Ellison Tweeted out this statement, cosigned by rpresentatives Mark Pocan, Pramila Jayapal, Keith Ellison, Barbara Lee, and Henry C. “Hank” Johnson Jr. – because the CBC is just the biggest group of pieces of shit in DC.

 

WASHINGTON, DC (April 12, 2018) – U.S. Representatives Mark Pocan (WI-02), Pramila Jayapal (WA-07), Keith Ellison (MN-05), Barbara Lee (CA-13), and Henry C. “Hank” Johnson Jr. (GA-04) released the following statement in advance of demonstrations scheduled to take place on Friday within the territory of Gaza. The Members of Congress are urging Gaza protesters to carry out their right to assembly nonviolently, while also calling on members of Israel Defense Forces to exercise utmost restraint in the use of deadly force and to fully comply with international law.

“We are deeply disturbed by the tragic loss of life over the past two weeks of protests carried out within the territory of Gaza, with more than a dozen Palestinians killed by sniper fire – including an unarmed teenager and a respected photojournalist – and many hundreds more injured by live ammunition.

“While it appears that the vast majority of Palestinians who have gathered to protest have been peaceful, we object to reported cases of non-peaceful actions carried out by some Gaza protesters, and we call on them to exercise their rights nonviolently. We also urge Israeli soldiers to refrain from shooting live ammunition at unarmed Palestinian protesters from hundreds of meters away, across the fence separating the two territories.

“We strongly reject the dangerous contention made on April 8 by Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman that ‘there are no innocent people in the Gaza Strip.’ Media reports suggest that on Friday, Israeli soldiers will once again be ordered by high command – in contravention of international law – to engage in sniper fire on Gaza residents who come within 300 meters of the border fence or engage in other non-life-threatening actions.

“We applaud Israeli human rights groups that are calling on Israeli soldiers to resist such illegal orders from their superiors, and are urging IDF forces to fully comply with international law and exercise utmost restraint in their use of deadly force. Such measures must only be used as a last resort to stop an imminent threat to life.”

See, it’s the Jews’ fault.  The Jews just need to show restraint.  The “unarmed” protesters are the victims.  “Unarmed” as in throwing grenades and Molotov cocktails.

There are also “terror kites” in which Hamas uses kites armed with incendiary to set fires in Israel.  So far, these kites have caused fires in fields being farmed by Kibbutz.

Here is what we know about the situation.  Hamas, which is supported and funded by Iran has been stoking protests and riots along the Israel security fence with the intention of having civilians breech it, at which point Hamas fighters can enter through the breech and start killing Israelis. Hamas is using civilians as human shields and battering rams to try to break through the Israeli border.   Hamas admits this.

The more civilians Israel kills, the better it is for Hamas propaganda.  Hamas is using the people killed to instigate another Intifada.

The White House, in an act of brutal honesty, blamed Hamas for this.

The media, which is so consumed by hate for Trump and Social Justice hate for Israel, that it became a mouthpiece for Hamas.

It’s just climbing a fence.  The throwing firebombs over the fence once it is climbed is neither here nor there.

Just like MS-13 and Los Zetas are just immigrants who want to live the American dream.

No mention of Hamas’ announcement that it wants to murder thousands of Israelis after it breaches the security perimeter.

John O. Brennan, Obama’s head of the CIA, Tweeted this statement.

This really shows you just how biased the whole Obama administration was against Israel.  He believes an Iranian backed terror cell has less culpability in this than the Trump and Netanyahu.

The worst by far came from the New York Daily News, who went full blow antisemite.

Somehow it’s Ivanka’s fault that Hamas has been trying to get Gazans to breach the Israeli border for weeks.  Apparently Ivanaka, the Jewish First Daughter, cannot enjoy representing America at the opening of the American embassy in Jerusalem while Hamas is using civilians as human shields.

The Left has shown beyond any doubt that they hate Israel and they hate the Jews.  When their anti Israel hate resonates with their anti Trump hate, the result is that they will openly support a terror cell in its genocidal plans against Israel while sitting atop their moral high horse.

These immoral, mendacious, feculent assholes should spend the rest of their lives hanging their heads in shame.  They are never allowed to question our morals ever again.

Only a dog for home protection?

For a good part of my life, I had dogs. Not little cute fuzzballs but “working dogs”: German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois and Dobermans.  And never just one but the usual was three. And they were trained to attack intruder, not just bark at them.

Here is the truth: Dogs at best are roving alarm systems who may delay an incursion in your property by determined individuals. They can be poisoned, shot, scared, incapacitated, etc and your luck resides if you are smart enough to hear and translate a yelp or heaves into danger.

We don’t have a dog now because the missus and I agree to only have one of the above-mentioned or other large dog and our location does not have the backyard to support such animal. But as much as I loved all my dogs, I never thought for a second they were invincible knights that would take on all comers. The poor woman is deluded, but it is her life and may God keep her safe.

After allowing Jeff “riding my son’s coattails for fame” Kasky to publish his underwear skidmark of an OpEd, I guess someone at the Sun Sentinel decided to do something responsible.

Schools’ culture of tolerance lets students like Nikolas Cruz slide

Hold onto your butts, this is going to be good.

Broward Schools have grown so tolerant of misbehavior that students like Nikolas Cruz are able to slide by for years without strict punishment for conduct that could be criminal.

The culture of leniency allows children to engage in an endless loop of violations and second chances, creating a system where kids who commit the same offense for the 10th time may be treated like it’s the first, according to records and interviews with people familiar with the process.

You mean Coward County administrators lied to us immediately after the MDS shooting to cover their asses? I’m shocked, shocked to find that lying is going on in here.

Cruz was suspended at least 67 days over less than a year and a half at Westglades Middle School, and his problems continued at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, until he finally was forced to leave.

There are more waiving red flags here than the opening celebration at a North Korean sporting event.

The South Florida Sun Sentinel obtained Cruz’s discipline records, reviewed discipline policies and found:

— Students can be considered first-time offenders even if they commit the same offenses year after year.

— The district’s claim of reforming bad behavior is exaggerated.

— Lenient discipline has an added PR benefit for the district: lower suspensions, expulsions and arrests along with rising graduation rates.

So the school lets dangerous kids slide to keep the administration from being embarrassed?  Tell me how that isn’t a disaster waiting to happen.

Oh, it was.

The program, the pride of Superintendent Robert Runcie, was designed to use counseling and mentoring to help students avoid the school-to-prison pipeline. Under former zero-tolerance policies, black students ended up suspended, expelled and arrested at rates that were widely disproportionate to their peers.

The “school to prison pipeline” is bullshit.  Bad behavior is why people go to prison.  If the school doesn’t discipline bad kids, their bad behavior is reinforced and they get worse.  Meaning it is more likely they will go to prison.  School discipline doesn’t cause kids to go to prison, it is a predictor of who will go to prison.

Just like the self esteem and good academic performance issue, liberals are getting cause and effect reversed.  Good performance causes high self esteem, not the other way around.  Good self esteem without good performance just makes kids into entitled douche bags.

Desmond Blackburn, then Broward’s chief school performance and accountability officer, specifically instructed teachers and staff in a video years ago to challenge and nurture students, while using suspensions, expulsions and arrests as “absolute last resorts.”

Now, many teachers and parents say Broward has created a culture in which teachers are expressly told or subtly pressured not to send students to the administration for punishment so a school’s image is not tarnished.

That’s the Iron Law of Bureaucracy at work.  Protect the bureaucracy at all costs.  This time the cost was 17 lives.

Safety concerns at Sunrise were brought up at faculty meetings. “The message out there is that the students are untouchable. Habitual negative behavior means nothing anymore,” state the minutes of a Faculty Council meeting on Feb. 2, 2015.

Of course it does.  What other lesson could the bad kids learn?

“My principal basically would tell me it was his job to market the school. He was adamant about not looking bad,” Fitzgerald said.

The Iron Law strikes again.

So the schools ignore or bury minor offenses until the kid gets so out of control that it can’t be ignored any longer.  Then when the law comes down on the kid, it comes down hard.

Of course that kid is the victim.  Nobody in the district seems to give a shit about the kids who are bulled, robbed, beaten, or have their education interrupted by the bad kids.  They are just collateral damage in the war on common sense.

But Fitzgerald, the former Sunrise Middle school teacher, thinks discipline has become lax.

“A lot of principals are afraid,” she said. “You don’t report theft because reporting it makes your school look dangerous.

“There are a lot of things going on in the school that are being overlooked. Only when things are obvious and egregious will they arrest the child.”

So bad kids are not reformed when their infractions are still minor and there is time, and good kids end up in body bags because of it.

This seems like the worst possible way to run a school system.

It’s a good thing that CNN defended these administrators in a town hall and they were all Hillary Supporters, or they might actually have to be held accountable for their inaction.

Long live big government bureaucracy.  It doesn’t matter how many die because of it, those goverment pay checks still must be cashed.

This occurred 10 days ago, but the news just filtered its way to me.

California Assembly Bill 3042.

I am posting the introduction of the bill in its entirety.  The relevant section of the bill is in bold.

AB 3042, as amended, Santiago. School holidays: “International Workers’ Day” and “Presidents’ Day.”

Existing law designates holidays on which all public schools and educational institutions shall close. Existing law designates the Monday or Friday of the week in which February 12 occurs as “Lincoln Day” and requires all public schools and educational institutions throughout the state to hold exercises in memory of Abraham Lincoln on the day that school is in session prior to the day on which schools are closed for that purpose. Existing law designates the third Monday in February as “Washington Day” and requires all public schools and educational institutions throughout the state to hold exercises in memory of George Washington on the Friday preceding.

This bill would authorize a school district, county office of education, or charter school, instead of observing “Washington Day” and “Lincoln Day” as separate school holidays, to designate the 3rd Monday in February as a single school holiday to be known as “Presidents’ Day,” if the school district, county office of education, or charter school designates May 1 as “International Workers’ Day” and closes its school, or schools, as applicable, on the Monday or Friday of the week in which May 1 occurs to observe “International Workers’ Day.” The bill would require schools that elect to observe “Presidents’ Day” and “International Workers’ Day,” pursuant to the bill’s provisions, to hold exercises in memory of Abraham Lincoln and George Washington and to commemorate and direct attention to the history of labor movements in the United States.
Existing law provides that all probationary or permanent employees that are a part of the classified service of a school district or county office of education shall be entitled to specified paid holidays if they are in a paid status during any portion of the working day immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday.

This bill would deem “President’s Day” and “International Workers’ Day” as paid holidays, and would remove “Lincoln Day” and “Washington Day” from being paid holidays, for these probationary or permanent employees of a school district or county office of education that elects to observe “President’s Day” and “International Workers’ Day” pursuant to the bill’s provisions.

Yes, you read that correctly.  There was a proposal in the State of California to condense Washington’s and Lincoln’s birthday into one holiday to make room for a Communist holiday to become a paid state holiday.

This bill was defeated 27-22.  That was a margin of five votes.  It shows you just how far gone that California as become that 22 state senators voted to make a Communist holiday a recognized state holiday.

I guarantee that the over 100 million dead from famine and murder under Communism and Socialism won’t be part of their May Day celebrations.

Thank the 27 state senators who voted against the bill.  Had I passed, I’d say it is time to expel California from the union.

Cameron Kasky is an MSD Student and one of the founders of Never Again MDS.

While David Hogg claimed a lot of the spotlight, Kasky too had some moments in front of the camera.  Like Hogg, he’s a nasty little shit.

He was the one at the CNN town hall who challenged Marco Rubio to reject monetary support from the NRA and called Dana Loesch “that NRA lady” and questioned the quality of her her motherhood.

He was interviewed on CNN again, where he proved he’s just hyper partisan and not really interested in actually doing anything effective.

It turns out his dad is also a sniveling shit.

Jeff Kasky wrote an OpEd for the Sun Sentinel that was as bad as any of this son’s public appearances.

What’s at the heart of the assault-weapons ban debate? | Opinion

Tell me sir, what is it?  I’d like to know.

I have a specific gift that has helped me become successful in my career as a mediator. That gift is to see through all of the nonsense in an argument, and break it down to the atomic level. I believe that my ability to see through the noise is extraordinarily helpful in the mediation process, but I also know — from a psychological standpoint — that it’s often helpful in the course of dispute resolution to allow the parties to vent the noise and associated facts and feelings in order to arrive more naturally at the crux of the issue.

Holy fuck that is a lot of self aggrandizing narcissism.  If it goes on like this any more, he’s going to mention he’s a member of MENSA, drives a Ferrari, has a 10 inch dick, and women orgasm when he looks them in the eyes.

An entire paragraph in and I still don’t know what is at the heart of the assault weapon ban debate.

A very easy example of stripping away the noise and getting to the specific heart of the issue is as follows: “The right” and “the left” (words which I think should not be used as nouns) have opposing views on abortion, but those views boil down to one very basic disagreement: Whether a fertilized egg is immediately a human life. If it is, abortion is murder. If it’s not, a woman should be able to choose whether to end her pregnancy via termination. (Many, if not most, on the side which believes that abortion is murder claim a religious conviction to that fact; however, to my knowledge there is no mention of abortion in the Judeo-Christian Torah and Bible.)

My god this fucker thinks highly of himself.  I still don’t know anything about the assault weapon ban debate.  But I think he thinks he’s solved the abortion debate too.

Also, while there term “abortion” is not used in the bible, there are plenty of references  to life in the womb, and the sanctity of life.  For a guy who is supposedly an attorney, his arguments are shit and he doesn’t know how to do even cursory research into opposing opinions.

This relates to the current debate over the constitutionality of the demanded assault weapons ban, insofar as some believers that abortion is murder then conflate that argument with the assault weapon ban argument via the logical fallacy of “whataboutism.” It sounds like this: “Really? We should ban semi-automatic assault rifles? What about all the babies who are murdered via abortion every day! Why don’t you march for them?” The issues, although wholly unrelated, will never be resolved until each is worked out on its own merits.

I have no idea what he thinks he is trying to say here.  It’s not wise or deep in any way.  I don’t think that particular whataboutism” is happening.  Nobody is saying “we shouldn’t ban assault weapons until we end abortion.”  This is nonsense.

Bearing in mind my skills and experience in getting to the heart of a dispute, it is obvious to me that the specific individuals in our country who are vehemently opposed to a ban on these weapons of war are members of a loosely-connected subculture of people who have been trained and encouraged to be angry. These people are convinced that they are quickly becoming culturally and ethnically disenfranchised from mainstream society. They are being told that their political and social power is being usurped by “interlopers.” They are angry that, in their perception, they’re being forgotten via the increased acceptance of minorities, ethnic and otherwise.

Way to go Hillary Obama, or would it be Barack Hussein Clinton.  This is nothing more than the “cling to their guns and religion” mixed with “basket of deplorables.”  While there may be a lot of older shooters who own assault weapons, the explosion in popularity of the AR-15 is part of Gun Culture 2.0.  Gun Culture 2.0 is younger.  We are Gen Y/Older Millennials.  We are used to diversity.  We are much more urban or suburban than the more sportsman/hunter gun owners.  We’re less interested in a nice shotgun for the duck blind and far more interested in building a bad ass AR for a day shooting poppers at the range.  Just look at all these white supremacists having fun at the rage with their ARs.

The idea that we are Podunk, white racists, who are angry that “the black man took our jobs” is both factually inaccurate and egregiously offensive.

None of his “skills and experience in getting to the heart of a dispute” apparently involve learning a damn thing about the subject at hand.  He just relies on ego and prejudice.

That anger and perception of loss of power is being created, perverted, exploited and capitalized — for profit — by info-tainment hosts such as Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Rush Limbaugh and Alex Jones, along with individuals in the highest ranks of power in this country.

Don’t be coy, say it.  TRUMP!

The result of this systematic brainwashing is the willful refusal to believe the obvious — that no one is trying to disarm them of their protected weapons.

Actually, you son’s classmate Emma Gonzales did.  You guys need to get your story straight.

 

This, of course, drives gun sales, and the NRA and its gun manufacturer clients to laugh their way to the bank. Let me be perfectly clear: The NRA and others have a vested financial interest in keeping Americans paranoid of the bogeyman. This sells guns, which is what the NRA is paid to facilitate. This is not about the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. This is about selling guns for profit.

When will you fucking people learn the difference between the NRA and the NSSF?  The NRA makes no money off the sale of guns.  It makes money off membership and donations.  Both of which go up every time your son or one of his stupid friends opened their stupid mouths.

Parkland Students: “the NRA is a much of racist terrorists with blood on their faces and were going to take their gun from their cold dead hands as soon as we pass gun control.”

Gun owners: “Well, I better renew my NRA membership and make a donation while I’m at it before these shit kids send a SWAT team to take my guns away.”

See how it works?

This subculture of people is being told that there are “liberals” with an “agenda,” the bottom line of which is to do no less than destroy America.

Like putting men in women’s bathrooms?  Or shipping $400 million to Iran under the cover of darkness?  Maybe it’s the crippling government dependency in minority communities.  Democrats have an agenda.  Every political party does.  You may not say it’s “to destroy America” but the results speak for themselves.  Maybe you’d like to walk barefoot in San Francisco to see first hand what single party Democrat rule does.

This opens the door for entities like the NRA to position themselves as protectors of “American traditions” such as gun ownership, and to exploit these sad and angry people financially and emotionally when they’re at their most sad and vulnerable.

Ha.  Again, the fallacy that the NRA is top down and not bottom up.  I’ll say it again, the NRA is the tip of the gun owning spear.  We are the gun owners who own more than one gun.  We are the gun owners that carry concealed.  We are the gun owners that have real skin in the game when it comes to bans and restrictions.  We fight for our right to own ARs and in doing so fight for the right of every sportsman, even every Fudd, to own a semi-auto waterfowl gun.

We do it because turds like you and your kid want to take our guns away because a total sack of shit like Sheriff Israel humped the dog and failed to stop Cruz.  But because he shook Hillary Clinton’s hand, you can’t call him out for being a massive fuck up so you have to punish millions of people who didn’t do anything wrong.  We’re not going to let you do that.

This asshole knows obviously has never taken part in the AWB debate.  He’s ever bothered to learn the other side.  He’s never applied actual mediator skill to this topic.

He simply got high off the smell of his own farts and regurgitated the worst Liberal talking points that were reason Hillary lost and Trump won.

But that’s not all.  He had to prove that he’s a real “deep thinker” and like those NRA members who get led around by the nose by Fox News.  So when there was push back on Twitter for him being a stupid asshole, this was his response.

If you listen to the major media outlets, you’d thing the the Kremlin funneled millions of dollars to Trump through the NRA.  If you listen to the facts, the NRA received roughly $2,500 in membership dues from Americans living abroad.

But it’s NRA members who are duped by “fake news” and not genius mediators like Kasky.

This is nothing more than anti gun owner bigotry from a guy that sounds like he wants to deepthroat himself.

No wonder his kid is such a obnoxious, know-nothing, shit.  The apple didn’t fall far from the tree.
