That is Delaney Tarr.  As in Parkland student Delaney Tarr said “when they give us that inch, that bump stock ban, we will take a mile.”

What the hell does she have to do with sexual assault?

Nothing.  But she’s a famous Progressive youngster and she’s going to jump into this with “[Dr. Ford’s] testimony are credible.”   She, like David Hogg, barely qualifies as a survivor of anything and has now jumped onto the rape survivor bandwagon.

And what the hell is this “your sisters” thing?  Sisters of what?  Sisterhood of rape survivors?  Sisterhood against Kavanaugh?

These women over and over saying that her story is credible without evidence and that they support her is horrifying.

The more crap like this is see, the more it is made clear this is the most evil kind of politics imaginable.  This has nothing to do with Kavanaugh at all.  This is about the Democrats gaining all the power and the Social Justice Progressives engaged in identity politics warfare.

Judge Kavanaugh is just the poor, unfortunate bastard that got caught in it.

Dr. Ford has now been beatified into a “survivor.”  I can’t think of anything more prejudicial.  Celebrities and Senators deciding that her accusations are completely true and Kavanaugh must suffer the consequences because all men or some shit like that.

If it seems like I’m taking this personally, I am.  I am 35 years old.  I’ve only been working for seven years.  I am at the dawn of a career.  I have a four year old son.  I am watching as we enter a world in which an uncorroborated, unprovable, vague allegation of impropriety from years or decades past can be used to destroy a person in real time on TV and social media.

I don’t know where my life will take me.  I’d like to start a business some day.

Will I have to worry that if I become a successful CEO that I may be shaken down with “support my cause or candidacy or you will be accused of groping a high school classmate on CNN.”

I don’t know what the rules are anymore and that is how societies come apart.

When you study the history of totalitarian regiems, or just read 1984, that is a common theme.  When people don’t know how what they do today will be judged tomorrow, if the people in favor today are out of favor tomorrow, they retreat into themselves.  Progress grinds to a halt as people become to scared to attract attention to themselves.

I’ve written twice now about how the Democrats are nuking the justice system because they lost the 2016 election.

There is nothing but political theater here.

Senator Feinstein sat on the letter until the 11th hour before dropping it believing that Dr. Ford wouldn’t ever become known to the public.

The public didn’t buy the anonymous accuser bit so Dr. Ford eventually had to come public.  She was going to testify, but has decided not to until the FBI has finished investigating, which the FBI says it won’t do because it’s not a federal crime and there is no evidence they can use to start an investigation.  So…. Dr. Ford will never testify.

Senator Mazie Hirono, who is publicly wiping her ass with the 4th and 5th Amendments of the Bill of Rights, has gone on the record that she thinks the Senate can hold open this seat for two more years until the Democrats retake the Oval Office in 2020.

Every Lefty on social media is screaming Merrick Garland, making it clear that this assault on Kavanaugh is nothing but an honor killing for pulling a Biden on Obama.

This has caused the crazies to come out of the woodwork so much that nothing is believable anymore.

But in the Washington Post, Dr. Ford said that she didn’t tell anybody about the attack until 2012 and that it happened during the summer.  So clearly Cristina King Miranda is lying.  Furthermore, if this was “spoken about for days afterwards” how come nobody else came forward?  That’s what I thought…

Regardless of the outcome of this, the damage is already done.

He is no longer “Judge Kavanaugh” and he won’t ever be “Justice Kavanaugh” for these people. He will forever be “accused rapist Kavanaugh” for the people in the Resistance.

Jonah Goldberg wrote a beautiful OpEd for the LA Times that really sums this up nicely.

What Goldberg does not do it offer any kind of solution.

Senator Lindsey Graham understands why the Democrats are doing what they are doing.

Requiring an FBI investigation of a 36 year old allegation (without specific references to time or location) before Professor Ford will appear before the Judiciary Committee is not about finding the truth, but delaying the process till after the midterm elections.

To let the Democrats delay this one day is a win.  To let them take out Kavanaugh as a casualty in their war on Trump is a huge win.  It would make Trump a lame duck with more than two years left in his first term.

The Democrats used to wield the word “racist” like a weapon, capable of striking down any opponent in their way.  Conservatives caught on and that lost its power.

Now they have replaced the “c” with a “p” and have a brand new weapon to wield.

If they get away with this, no Republican could ever run ever again.  All the Democrats would need to do is find some former high school classmate willing to accuse a candidate of sexual misconduct half a century ago.

If that happens, we might as well start the shooting now, because we are headed for a Hitlarian or Stalinist purge, but instead of accusations of treason and execution, it is accusations of sexual misconduct and the total destruction of a person’s income and livelihood on national TV.

Ask yourself is that any worse?  To one day find everything you built yourself up to be, torn down, so you end up jobless and unemployable, shamed in front of your family.

That cannot be the tactic that is allowed to win.

Confirm Kavanaugh by close of business Thursday or surrender the nation.

Those are your choices.

But don’t worry, it is not like the left will dare to ban such an American classic book like To Kill a Mockingbird, right?

I got asked that yesterday. I did not show the proper level of indignation about President Maduro’s feast in Turkey and one person seemed a bit confused by it. The explanation is simple: Venezuela cannot be fixed without a certain amount of social and infrastructural destruction.

I know, harsh words. I am not advocating a civil war for one simple reason: nobody down there has the guts to take up arms so well they have been indoctrinated with the “Violence does not solve anything” mantra.  Venezuelans also believe in the Fairy Godmother, Cavalry to the rescue and Deus Ex Machina in all or any combinations. They have been anally raped  for 19 years and still think somebody will come and save them from Socialism. They hate the Gringos, but shit how much they would love to see the US Marines wreaking havoc through Caracas and a Predator drone bombing the hell out of the presidential palace. Of course, once the deed is done, they shall rise in vocal opposition to the Yankee Invaders and demand their exit after they dropped several million dollars in aid for the shit they broke.  Venezuelans think that they have strategic value to the US, that their oil is primordial to the interests of the United States. I do have bad news to my fellow ex-countrymen: North Dakota Is Now Pumping as Much Crude as Venezuela. So even at energy-producing level, the country has become irrelevant to US Interests.

I have discussed with Venezuelans here and back home what is needed to stop what’s happening in the country, and as usual, I hear a repetition of the crap that has already been tried over and over and failed: Marches, general strikes, appeals to the UN and OAS, social media campaigns, etc.  When I point out that unfortunately harsher actions will need to be used, they promptly reply that they are unarmed and it is impossible to get a gun in Venezuela (somehow criminals have no problem). I usually tell them the story of WWII’s Liberator pistol and the concept behind it and the mentally shit themselves at the idea. Their indoctrination has been so complete that they are being starved to death by the Government and murdered by the criminals and they still do not see it in themselves to actually stand up for themselves.  They are broke-ass Spanish-Speaking Elois.

The last “outrage” I found out of Venezuela is that they are getting ready to have another Constitutional Congress and change what passes for the Constitution. It is gonna be rather interesting, specially their new approach to what Private Property means:

We may throw you what we consider appropriate for rental in the form of vouchers that can be redeemed in highly devaluated cash.”

Venezuela cannot be saved. Venezuela its on its way to become the Hispanic Somalia (if they are lucky) and its only use is to be as a distinct example of what Socialism brings to a country. And that if we want to keep our Tree of Liberty, we better be ready to do what is needed.

I don’t live in Florida anymore, but I’m still a Florida boy at heart, and to watch my birth-state slowly turn into East California is killing me.

More than that, the big picture is bad beyond words.

What reversed the course of of the Gunshine state from a leader in gun rights to restricting gun purchases for people under 21, bump stock bans, and everything else?

One word: Parkland.

The Parkland shooting is the fault of Broward County Democrats directly, and national Democrats indirectly.  They fully own the culpability for it.  Nikolas Cruz was a problem child.  Like just about every school shooter before him, he announced his intentions well in advance.  His behavioral problems were on record.  He was well known to the Broward County Sheriff’s office.

He was never adequately dealt with.  Why?

President Barack Obama spoke out about the “school to prison pipeline.”  Rather than recognize the reality that there are bad kids raised in bad home and that juvenile bad behavior is a predictor of adult criminality, the claim was disciplining kids in school turns them into criminals.

This is no different than the illogic on self esteem.  An entire generation of kids was raised on the idea that high self esteem leads to better test scores instead of high test scores lead to high self esteem.  Now that generation of kids is full of entitled douchebags who riot on campus and scream at administrators when they don’t get their way all the time with every petulant demand.

The have reversed cause and effect and the results are terrible.

Broward County Schools instituted the Promise Program to avoid punishing these problem kids.  They fudged the paperwork to make everything seem better than it was.  Then one of their Promise Program kids kills 17 students at his former schools and this disaster comes to the national spotlight.

This is on top of the massive failure of leadership of the Broward County Sheriff, Scot Israel, and the total failure of his deputies to be anything but self serving cowards, just like their boss.

But Scot Israel shook Hillary’s hand and is stumping for a Progressive Socialist for governor, so his sins are ignored.

The result of the absolute, abject failure of totally Democrat controlled institutions is to blame the Republicans and the NRA and make law abiding gun owners pay with their civil rights.

Now, over to the other side of the country in California.

San Francisco is an open air sewer.  It has turned into Bangladesh with hordes of homeless shitting in the streets.  You can’t ride on a city bus without the risk of sitting on a disease infected needle from some junkie.  Addicts are shooting up and dying in public transportation and the police ignore it.  Illegal immigrants are raping, shooting, and driving drunk and killing US citizens and California residents.

San Francisco has over 30,000 car break ins per year.  Inside Edition staged a bait car on video to catch a break in.  As soon as the reporters left to interview the bait car thieves, their crew truck was broken into and their camera gear stolen.  No bullshit.  That is the kind of thing that happens in dystopian sci-fi hellscapes or third world shit-holes.  Not the US.  Except in San Francisco.

So how has San Francisco responded to this disaster?

They hand out 4.45 million needles each year to junkies to try and stop the spread of disease.  Those needles get left on the ground.

They spend $37,000 per year per homeless person.  Since this only to attracts more homeless, they deal with this by spending $29 million more.

They reward the criminal illegal aliens with sanctuary status, free tuition, free healthcare, and voting rights.

The law abiding citizens of San Francisco are left to pay for this mess with some of the highest taxes and cost of living in the country, an ever decreasing quality of life, and having to replace car windows six times in a year.

This is he result of the absolute, abject failure of totally Democrat controlled institutions.

The list goes on, and he good people are left to pay for it all with money and rights.

That the rains didn’t fall and a drought blighted the crops was never considered, the farmer who failed to grow an impossible number of potatoes was a traitor.

The punishment for this was firing squad or gulag.

As an engineer, this always frightened me.  I was taught by professors who came from former Soviet Bloc countries.  By the time they became engineers and scientists, things had mellowed, but during the height of Stalin and the nuclear arms race, it was terrible.  A bureaucrat would make an impossible demand.  If there were any set backs or the time table couldn’t me made – things happen in R&D, nothing goes exactly as planned – a bureaucrat would have a scientist shot in the back of the head to motivate the others to work harder.

This is the inevitable results of the first law of big government.  Eventually when the plans can’t stop failing, people have to pay with their freedom and lives.

With the unstoppable one party rule of California, and the advancement of the Democrats in Florida, where will this end?

We are seeing how the Democrat policies fail every single time and all they do is throw more money and more goverment at the problem, for it to only fail bigger next time.

A woman who made a life destroying accusation should not be questioned or have her credibility suspect in any way.

Men need to “just shut up and step up” and accept the legal, career, and social consequences of guilt without defending themselves.

There are no less than four Constitutional amendments in the Bill of Rights that protect the rights of the accused and convicted.

It is the single most important thing our Founding Fathers protected in the Bill of Rights.  Freedom of speech, the press, religion, assembly, are all jammed together in the First Amendment.  Gun rights into the Second.  Property and privacy rights into the Fourth.  Amendments Five through Eight are just about criminal and civil trials and conviction.

It’s been said, if you don’t support one Amendment, it’s likely you don’t support the rest.

Well in their haste to resist Trump and gain control of the Supreme Court, Senator Hirono just took a shit on the Fifth and Sixth Amendments.
