Amanda Kondrat’yev, the woman who threw a red slushie drink on U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz at a campaign event in June, was sentenced Monday to 15 days in prison for assaulting a U.S. congressman.

I posted the possibility of this outcome back in August. But what I did not know was that dear Mandy was a full Gun Control Activist.

Kondrat’yev tried to leave the scene, but the officer accompanying Gaetz detained her, the complaint said. The officer reported that Kondrat’yev was holding a sign that said, “Gaetz – wipe the blood from your hands, A+ rating – NRA, save our kids vote Gaetz out in 2020.”

By now we know by heart the question “Why are Gun Control Activists so Violent?” And the answer remains the same: The are allowed to get away with it. Besides the 15 days (she will go in Dec 2 so she can spend the holidays at home) Kondrat’yev will serve one year of supervised probation and pay a $500 fine. Ain’t that swell?

But wait, that is not all! Amanda Kondrat’yev, is the darling of the fringe and violent lefties which does wonder for her ego and her Gofundme account.  I don’t feel her remorseful much for some reason.

“Thank you for your service”? Well, it is the Left. Their contempt for anything military (that does not rise them to power) is well documented.

A man shot and killed his estranged wife and her new boyfriend in a Walmart parking lot in Oklahoma before turning the gun on himself when an armed citizen intervened, police said.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the man was wearing all black when he opened fire outside the supercenter in Duncan, which is located at 3393 North 81 Highway. Duncan is about 80 miles south of Oklahoma City.

Officers from the Duncan Police Department said the wife and her boyfriend were found dead inside their car.

According to local KOCO News, a witness claimed that the shooter fired nine rounds into the car, killing the two victims.

When the gunman was confronted by an armed citizen, he then turned the gun on himself.

So what we had here was a double homicide that had the potential to become a mass shooting, and the shooter took the coward’s way out when confronted by an armed citizen.

This is probably why this shooting didn’t make a blip on the US news.

Oklahoma is a Constitutional Carry state.  The media can’t cover armed citizens rushing to intervene in shootings and trying to save lives.  Especially if those citizens didn’t go through the bureaucracy of getting a permit.

Remember, you have no rights unless the government gives them to you for a fee in Progressive Land.

I saw this on the news today:

The United States officially takes the position that Jews building houses in their ancestral and spiritual homeland is not a violation of international law.

No other people on Earth have international law prohibiting them from building houses, only the Jews are subject to such offense.  Then again, the international community seems to find Jews building houses more egregious than Muslims shooting missiles at children.

But Donald Trump has stood up to the international community on behalf of Israel and their right to build houses.

Because that’s what a Jew-hater like Orange Hitler would do, right?

Maybe he should be more like Warren or Sanders and threaten Israel with sanctions and withholding aid if they continue to build houses, since the Democrats are the party that really supports the Jews.

This was an eye opener and I find myself thankful that I am ornery enough that I do not take visiting kin or friends to the range because they don’t come over.

There is one way not to incur in the Federal wrath:

Some states, Florida included, allow you to get a hunting license online, but they are not cheap. A Florida Nonresident Annual Hunting License goes for  $151.50 each, and even the Nonresident 10-Day Hunting License will set you back $46.50 per person. I am a cheap bastard so my relatives get to play with Nerf guns but only if they buy them.

The quietest Squad member Ayanna Pressley has released her “criminal justice reform” bill, which would do to law and order in this country what the Green New Deal would do to the economy.

I will go through that later in greater detail in later posts.

Her plan is to reduce prison populations by decriminalizing a lot of activities.  If they are not crimes, people won’t go to jail for being detriments to society.

One thing that she wants to decriminalize is prostitution.

I don’t understand – being a rational person myself – how someone can claim to be anti-misogyny and pro-prostitution.

Prostitution turns sex into an emotionless service.  Sex is deeply emotional.  Denying that it has promotes human connection is psychologically damaging.

One night stands and hookups harm people emotionally, especially woman.

Prostitution takes that harm and commoditizes it.

Teaching teenage boys and young men that they don’t need emotional intimacy, and when they are horny they can just go buy some sex takes the empathy and human connection out of it.

It creates sexual sociopaths.  This is the underlying problem with overexposure to pornography and porn-addictions.

Women stop being human beings worthy of love and become sexual objects you pay to get your rocks off.

I can’t think of anything that would worsen the equality of the sexes and male/female relationships than the blanket decriminalization and social acceptance of prostitution.

The Left: “Women are not sex objects.”

Also the Left: “You can rent a woman’s vagina for your sexual gratification if you want.”

These are contradictory statements.

I guess my problem is that as a conservative I get cognitive dissonance very badly.  I can’t hold contradictory thoughts in my head and be comfortable with it.

Maybe if I didn’t have that I could accept this latest in Progressive [anti]social development.

Utah allows teachers with concealed carry permits to carry guns in school.

A Utah Sheriff has responded to this by offering training to Utah teachers who want the responsibility of carrying in school.

Amazingly, MSNBC covered this story and was fair on its reporting.

The teachers interviewed seemed to understand the gravity of what they are doing.  They want to keep their students safe and are willing to accept the responsibility of carrying a gun and defending their students.

All of these teachers are willing volunteers.  They are all Utah CCW permit holders.  They are not being forced into this or being armed against their will.

This is exactly how “arming teachers” should work.  Let the teachers, school administrators, and other faculty who are want to carry to defend their students to do so and I applaud the Sheriff for offering this training.

Clearly, after the Parkland shooting where the coward Scot Peterson failed in his (moral if not legal) duty to protect students, teachers have been motivated to become armed as another layer of security.

This level of reasonableness and responsibility was too much for radical anti-gun activist, Shannon Watts.

This was an interview with a male educator; 77% of US teachers are women, and the vast majority don't want to be armed. Most police also oppose arming teachers.

Data doesn't show arming teachers stop gun violence. It does show stronger gun laws stop gun violence.

Not to assume anyone’s gender, but I’m pretty sure the first teacher interviewed was a woman.

Where we in the pro-gun movement argue that arming women actually empowers them by giving them the ability to combat evil, Watts believes that women should be weak and shy away from self-defense.

When challenged on her assertion, Watts fell back on the Leftist tactic of ad hominem attack.

Shannon is a salaried employee of a gun-control organization, bankrolled by a megalomaniacal, tyrannical billionaire who wants to micromanage everyone’s life.  But she’s not a shill.  Anyone with an opinion opposed her hers is.

I don’t think arming teachers is going to be the golden egg for gun manufacturers.  Considering that the 14 states that allow teachers to be armed require those teachers to have CCW permits, I’m sure they already own guns.  I don’t see millions of teachers who have never owned a gun before ti rush out and buy one.

Also, the “guns everywhere” statement is a softcore version of the NRA blood libel.  It’s not any policy that I’ve ever heard of or even advocated for.

Simply put, the policy as I understand it is:

“There are millions of law-abiding concealed carry permit holders who carry guns responsibly for personal protection.  Some of those permit holders are teachers.  If those teachers with carry permits want to carry their guns concealed inside schools because they are willing to accept the duty of protecting their students, they should be allowed to do so.”

But stating it like that doesn’t help Watts’ mission so she has to sell a line of bullshit that the NRA wants to flood the streets with guns and arm criminals so that merchants of death can profit.

She really is a despicable person.

And like Miguel says: “if her objective is noble, why does she lie?”
