HAHAHA, the meme is real!

From the article linked in the above Tweet:

An Antifa militant who publicized a hit list of Seattle business owners has been identified as a trans nonbinary furry and children’s camp counselor who has been arrested multiple times at violent protests.

Mikaele Andrew Baker, 23, of Seattle, tweeted an extensive list of local business owners last week who signed a petition in support of the dismantling of a growing autonomous zone in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The business owners were subsequently doxed and received threats.

Here is the picture from the article and Tweet:

Oh my God, the meme from earlier this year is real!

The simulation is starting to break down and the software is making the memes come to life.

It has been a year.

We lost my mom a year ago today. I miss her bunches.

She had a hard life, lost homes and a son, but her last decade of life, she got some rest and I would dare say happiness living free with her son and her “daughter” as she always referred to my wife.

I believe she is now Up There finally getting my departed dad  back in shape, making sure he is not dressed like a “vago” (bum) and eating right.

Mom always said plants, specially the ones you cared the most, felt when people were gone. She had tale after tale to tell you about how somebody’s tree dried up or somebody’s bush stopped flowering after the owner died. I smiled and let her be with her Old Country beliefs that made her happy. Some things simply are not worth arguing about and only cause unnecessary sorrow.

But we have mom’s orchid

It had started to bloom after she died and it reached its best in February when I posted about it.

And then… it locked down. The flowers eventually died and the orchid did not seems to want to “progress” as mom used to say. I have been at it 11 months straight keeping it alive, but not seeing any changes for the better.

I checked out this morning and there is a bit of hope and happiness today:

Find the dichotomy interesting: one section dry and another still fighting.

We have one flower coming. And also, some growth seems to once again be in the works.

There is sorrow, but Life continues and on that alone, we must rejoice.

Florida Legislature: Here we go again.

I am not going to start right before Christmas, but even when you are getting ready to celebrate, be advised our enemies are already working.

Bills eliminating concealed carry under the guise of “safe storage,” banning 3D printed firearms, Universal Background Checks and the ever popular banning of “assault weapons” and high capacity ammunition devices have already been introduced.

I’ll start getting stuff ready after Christmas and the do the usual Good Bill and Bad Bill posts.

And can we get at least four or more people to attend hearings this coming year? I still refuse to believe we cannot get anybody living in Tallahassee to attend and have to leave human presence to Moms Demand and affiliates.

Ammo has gotten stupid

Gotdamn, ammo has gotten stupid expensive. I was just at the range. I swear, if I have to have to shoot a motherfucker in self defense, I’m gonna dig through his wallet for cash to get my money back.

Florida: the derangement over DeSantis continues its crescendo

So there is no doubt who gets the vaccine first in the Sunshine State, Governor DeSantis issued an executive order. Unless you are dead, isolated or Liberal, you know that the ones more affected by the Wuhan Virus are seniors 65 and older who comprise 80% IIRC.

Of course, since it is DeSantis, he is wrong.

before the vaccine, whatever he did was literally killing the grandmothers and grandfathers of Florida. Now that there is a vaccine, they have shifted to “fuck the grannies.”

But truly, the pharma companies still need to develop a new vaccine mentioned by another commenter of the thread.

Preach it, brother!

The bureaucracy ALWAYS protects itself

This is Pournelle’s Iron Law of Bureaucracy states that.  The bureaucracy always protects itself.

Even from COVID the bureaucracy protects itself.

This is why AOC was at the front of the line for the vaccine.

This is why it was a bipartisan effort to take out Trump.

Democrats and Republicans might fight amongst themselves, but they will unite as one to protect the Bureaucracy when an outsider threatens it.

This is why they declare themselves and the restaurants and places they like to be essential and your livelihood to be locked down.

The bureaucracy always protects itself.
