China: “Put on the military uniform, we must give up comfort and ease.”

USA: Lesbian wedding and a sorority slumber party.

Honestly, the Russian and Chinese ads stirred more feelings of patriotism in me than the chick who joined the Army because she was envious that one of her sorority sisters climbed Mt. Everest.

This was a total embarrassment for the United States.

I’m glad Ted Cruz took note.  Maybe Republicans will start to clue in that letting the military go Woke is a very bad idea.

Once upon a time, the US Air Force Academy had to words “Bring Me Men” above its gate.

It produced generals like Curtis “Bombs Away” LeMay, who were itching to nuke the commies out of existence.

Now the USAFA has a transgender working group and teaches Critical Race Theory.

And again, cynical me says this is the plan because the new enemy isn’t Russia or China but you and me, and they don’t need hard fighting patriots to fight Russia or China.  They need Woke scold trigger pullers who want to bomb Trump voters in Red states.

Does Stomping raise to the level of Death or Grave Bodily Harm?

Some things I collected after a quick search in the net:

Regardless of footwear and gender, it can be claimed that a forceful stomp or jump to someone’s head supported on the ground can cause facial and skull fractures. Thus, forceful stomps or jumps to someone’s head can cause potential fatal injuries independent of footwear, gender, or fitness level.

What is a Crushing Brain Injury?

IANAL, so you have to reach that decision by yourself. But I believe it is always good to find out before hand and have the information.

NEW YORK—Authorities have arrested 49-year-old ex-con Jarrod Powell for the brutal assault of Yao Pan Ma in East Harlem on Friday night.

The 49-year-old was charged with two counts of felony assault in connection with the attack, which left Ma in a medically induced coma.

It is incredibly stupid to taunt somebody with a gun by saying “I am not afraid of you. You don’t scare me.” specially in the Macho Culture.

The recipient did not die according to the information in the Youtube page.

Unchecked Ego will screw things that needed not be screwed.

Florida: Injunction petition against Anti Riot Bill rejected.

TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/NSF) – A federal judge this week rejected a request for a temporary restraining order against a controversial new law championed by Gov. Ron DeSantis to crack down on violent protests.

U.S. District Judge Paul Byron issued a six-page order Tuesday denying a temporary restraining order sought by plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed April 21 in federal court in Orlando.

I tried to find the order, but could not fid it. I guess we will have to depend on the article itself.

The accusation made by the plaintiffs (BLM and associates) is simple:

“Petitioners fear they will be unable to exercise their First Amendment rights under the enforcement of this law due to the history of wrongful discretionary and discriminatory actions and crimes of municipal law enforcement officers toward Black and Brown Americans that participate in protests or demonstrations,” the motion said.

But the defendants ran into a judge that had an “unusual” demand for political times like the ones we live in:

But Byron wrote that the plaintiffs’ “analysis of the particular constitutional issues presented here is too thin and conclusory to justify the extraordinary remedy” of a temporary restraining order.

“The fatal flaw of plaintiffs’ motion is that they take for granted that HB 1 is unconstitutional – it may well be, but plaintiffs do not explain how or why,” Byron wrote.

Probably to the shock of the plaintiff, the judge dared to ask for some sort of evidence showing cause. Just because you don’t like something, you just cannot call it unconstitutional and expect the judge to rule in your favor.

There is another lawsuit progressing in another court and Lord knows what the judge will say. But if he/she says something similar, IMHO we can pretty much kiss goodbye this initial effort to curb the new law.  And truthfully after reading it several times, I do not see how can it be reverted as the contents simply address violent behavior and the plaintiffs would have to sell to the courts that such violence is protected speech which I doubt the courts, no matter how drunk they could get, accept as true.

Beating Jews in the street, cursing them, attacking them, and throwing firebombs at them.

The NYPD has virtually no presence there, I saw just one officer, and he was doing nothing to keep the peace.

It looks like Gaza in Manhattan.

It’s funny, I haven’t seen anything trending on Twitter about this.

The President hasn’t made a statement.  Neither has the governor or mayor of New York and New York City, respectively.

It’s almost like the institutions in power don’t care that Palestinians, Muslims, and Palestinian supporters are attacking Jews in the US.

Rapid inflation, devaluation of the currency, Jews being attacked and having their businesses firebombed while being egged on by Antisemitic politicians…

I remember this chapter from my European History books.  I don’t remember it ending well.

I really to believe in gender equality

I don’t care if you are a woman, if you stomp in my wife’s head I will absolutely put you through a plate glass window.

If equality of the sexes means anything it means a man can full on punch the fuck out a woman who is threatening a loved one with grave bodily harm.
