Chauvin will walk on appeal

There is no way Judges could ignore this permanently.

If they do, it will be a free-for-all for activists to try and get on juries and slip through voir dire.

Then I predict that he walks.  I don’t think after this he would have any chance at a fair trial.  It would be constant appeals.  I figure they will let him plead to some misdemeanor just to make it go way.

Then the Blue cities will burn but I won’t care about that.

And I want to make this clear, I’m not defending what Chauvin did.  I think the manslaughter charge was valid.  I refuse to let the activist Left destroy our judicial system. I’d rather let 10 guilty men go free than one innocent man convicted unjustly by an activist mob.

The Washington Post has no problem with gun rights when they can make it about identity politics

I am absolutely, 100%, behind the right of each and every one of these people to own a gun, or guns, and whatever types of guns they want as law-abiding citizens.

I agree with their sentiments.

I’m just noting that if the Washington Post ever did a spread of white people posing with handguns and assault rifles talking about self-defense, it would be framed as “look at these paranoid, racist, terrified, white ammo-sexuals, who own these guns because of feelings of inadequacy.”

The Washington Post is consistently against assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, except, apparently, when coupled with a Black Lives Matter shirt.

This article really is a perfect example of exactly what the Left believes, your access to civil rights is entirely dependent on your identity.

Leftist bail reform encourages anti-Semitism

Bronx judge orders accused Jewish center vandal to be cut loose

A Bronx judge on Sunday night ordered the alleged Riverdale synagogue vandal cut loose on supervised release — reversing an earlier decision by a separate jurist to hold the suspect on $20,000 bail.

The suspect, 29-year-old Jordan Burnette, was granted supervised release by Judge Tara Collins in Bronx Criminal Court — hours after he was ordered held on bail on 42 charges stemming from his alleged 11-day crime spree, said Patrice O’Shaughnessy, a spokeswoman for the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.

Under New York state law, a suspect hit with Burnette’s charges cannot be held on bail.

He committed 42 acts of anti-Semitic vandalism, including smashing the windows of Synagogues and defacing prayer books, over 11 straight days, but according to an NYC Judge and NYC law, that’s not enough to hold him with bail.

Too bad this guy wasn’t a white supremacist, they would have thrown the book at him.

New York City is a violent hellhole.
