Stuff like this is why politicians end up hanging from light poles.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The second highest court in America will decide whether the city of Nashville is violating the constitutional rights of homeowners. The issue is forcing new homeowners to pay for their own city sidewalks.

People like Jason Mayes, who really isn’t a builder. He is a dad, a family man and taxpayer who built a home on McCall Street and got a $9,000 bill for his sidewalk.

“It’s been frustrating. This was something that we didn’t plan for in our construction budget. It came right off of our money to finish our house,” Mayes said. “We actually have an unfinished space in our house. Obviously we don’t have landscaping partly due to this.”

There’s more. The city really doesn’t want Jason to build a sidewalk in front of his home. There is a culvert at the front end of his property that collects run-off. If he built a sidewalk here, it could cause terrible flooding in the neighborhood.

He got charged by the county for the price of building a sidewalk in front of his house that he did not request or wanted, and it cannot and will not be built anyway because it interferes with the flow of rainwater.

This is how you get your government building killdozed.

Okay pit bull lovers, defend this

8-day-old boy killed by pit bull in North Carolina home

An 8-day-old baby boy has died after being attacked by a pit bull inside a North Carolina home.

Police said they found the newborn after being called to the home in Kenly, southeast of Raleigh, on Wednesday at 5 a.m.

Tell me what an 8-day-old child did to provoke an attack like that?

“But mine would never hurt anyone, he’s/she’s a sweetie.”

Yup, right until it flips like a light switch and rips a newborn to shreds.

No other breed does this.

Bring a pit bull around my kids and I’m gonna shoot it.

The gender transition reckoning must include social media

This is a story of social media addiction, performative wokeness, and child abuse.

Why my child wanted me to share their nonbinary identity in our holiday card

It was a November morning, and as I was about to share on social media, I paused and re-read my words for the 10th time: “I’d like you all to meet Clark (formerly known as Claire). Clark prefers they/them/he pronouns and would like to be known as my kid/my son who is nonbinary. Clark asked us to tell our friends and family who they are now.”

My heart beat like a drum and my palms were pure sweat. Before this moment, I had only told a few trusted mom friends. My in-laws knew. But by sharing our new family holiday photo — my twins at a public garden in Pasadena — it would be clear that Claire was now Clark.

I took a deep breath and clicked, making my post live. I was scared of what conservative family members on Facebook would think. I feared people would judge my parenting choices on Instagram. The online world is far more terrifying than my liberal Los Angeles neighborhood where Clark is one of several nonbinary children.

Our family’s transition started with the most mundane dilemma — a pile of dirty laundry. It was a summer morning. We forgot to wash the kids’ clothes and it was time to go to preschool. Clark threw a fit that there were only skirts in their dresser while their twin, Chloe, was fully dressed. My husband and I cajoled Clark (then Claire) to “just get dressed.” After crying, Clark finally said, “I don’t feel like me in skirts.” It was the moment I realized that how we reacted would forever be cemented in my child’s mind. I dug a pair of shorts out of the laundry hamper, did a sniff test, and handed them over. Clark’s tears dried. Their smile appeared. I knelt down to my sweet child. “Do you want me to get rid of your skirts and dresses?” They nodded.

At bedtime, I introduced a children’s book I bought. When we read “It Feels Good to Be Yourself: A Book About Gender Identity” by Theresa Thorn, Clark pointed to the page with the nonbinary description and said, “That’s how I feel. I don’t feel like a boy or a girl.” I borrowed “Born Ready: The True Story of a Boy Named Penelope” by Jodie Patterson from our local library. As I read it, Clark inched closer to the pictures of short-haired, tie-wearing Penelope. A bright smile took over their face. “I feel the same way too!” Clark exclaimed.

My brave kid stood up in front of their kindergarten classroom and told their friends that they were now Clark. They asked to use the gender-neutral bathroom at school. When we arrived at their after school program to tell the staff, one teacher said, “Clark already told us.” I was amazed to see that my kid’s name tags on the table and cubbies were already changed.

After I posted our holiday photo, I obsessively checked Facebook and Instagram, fearing the worst. Surprisingly, I saw the best. Comments rolled in, like “Hi Clark! We love you.” Or, “Welp, here I am crying happy tears. This is wonderful. You are all wonderful.” Hearts, likes, and hugs came through. In my DMs, friends reached out to connect me to other families with transgender or nonbinary kids. Other parents sent me emails applauding our support of Clark and how their authenticity inspired them.

I showed Chloe and Clark all the supportive comments. I read each one aloud. They were amazed that so many people said such nice things. Before they went to bed that night, I sat with them on our living room couch — a place where I used to tandem nurse them —and told Chloe and Clark I was very proud. Proud of Chloe for loving and supporting her twin, and of Clark for sharing their identity with people. My twins were mystified. “Mommy, why would anyone not love someone for who they are?” I struggled to answer this question. I came up with: “Sometimes, people are scared of what they don’t know and they let their fear get in the way.” Chloe and Clark were still baffled, but accepted my answer.

That night, I told Brendan I was amazed by how people responded. I felt so much lighter now that I had shared what I had feared. In my post, I had written: “I ask that if you disagree with our family’s choice — that you tell me privately in a message — rather than put it in a public comment.” I received zero negative messages.

Note the boldest text.

This little girl didn’t want to wear a skirt one summer day.  That very night, mom read her books about gender non-conforming/transgender children

By the beginning of the school year the little girl had changed her name and appearance.

This is a kindergarten aged child.

Mom put all of this on social media with alacrity and checked it “obsessively” for positive feedback about how good and affirming a mom she is.

There are several other gender non-conforming children in her neighborhood.

For decades the rate of transgenderism was understood to be roughly 0.04%.  That is 4 in 10,000 people.

There are several in her liberal neighborhood.

Having a gender non-conforming child in Progressives LA is practically keeping up with the Joneses.

Conspicuous consumerism is passe, conspicuous Wokeness is the new trend.  For a suburban mom, nothing is more conspicuously Woke than supporting their gender non-conforming or transgender child.

This is child abuse.

This is how medical mutilations like my previous post, teenagers having double mastectomies by Mengele-esque criminals against humanity, happen.

This is a societal sickness, exacerbated by social media.  It must be stopped.

The entire gender transition industry needs to be chippered

I mean this with completely sincerity.

The enormity of what the gender transition industry is doing is tantamount to the surgical mutilations performed my Dr. Mengele at Auchwitz or the medical experiments conducted by Unit 731 under Dr. Shiro Ishii.

In a sane society, these people would be arrested, tried against humanity, and hanged by the neck until dead.  Those who escaped trial by fleeing the country would be hunted down and shot.

Miguel sent me this, it’s part of a story that I saw somewhere else on social media and have been struggling with because it’s so evil that it makes the blood pound in my ears.

TikTok Doctor Performed Breast Removal on “Trans” 13 Year Old Girl

Disturbing details uncovered by internet sleuths found that a surgeon infamous for advertising invasive “gender affirming” procedures on TikTok removed the breasts of a 13 year old girl, who is now also pursuing a hysterectomy at age 15.

Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher, a Miami-based plastic surgeon, rose to internet fame after making quirky TikToks aimed at minors, primarily girls, pursuing “gender affirming” procedures.  She became most associated with her infamous catchphrase – “yeeting the teets” – a flippant, joking way to refer to performing cosmetic mastectomies, or breast removals, to her primarily underage female audience.

Her TikTok is horrible.  Absolutely groomer behavior.  This woman has a Mengele-esque fetish for surgically mutilating children.

This most recent case is the worst yet.

This picture is critical:

On her stomach, shoulder, and arms are the scars of a girl cutting herself.  Self harm, cutting, is a sign of severe mental and emotional issues.

There is something terribly wrong with this girl’s mental state and I can guarantee that the cure is not performing a radical double mastectomy at 13.

This is more self harm carried out by a surgeon who has a fetish for doing this to teenage girls with emotional problems.

This is a sickness in our society.

Amputation of healthy organs from emotionally unbalanced teenagers is unmitigated evil and should be a crime against humanity.

That there is an industry that supports this makes me surprised God is not raining fire and brimstone down on us.

When we get through this new Dark Age of Woke, and societal rights itself, there needs to be a reckoning for the people that mutilated children this way.

She taped an N95 to her face then put a cloth mask over the top and is going to sit on at airplane with a reduced atmospheric pressure for several hours?

That sort of oxygen deprivation normally leads to brain damage, but given this sort of reaction, I assume she’s already brain damaged.

Three former Generals want the next forever war to be against American citizens

This was published in the Washington Post:

Opinion: 3 retired generals: The military must prepare now for a 2024 insurrection

As we approach the first anniversary of the deadly insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, we — all of us former senior military officials — are increasingly concerned about the aftermath of the 2024 presidential election and the potential for lethal chaos inside our military, which would put all Americans at severe risk.

In short: We are chilled to our bones at the thought of a coup succeeding next time.

The signs of potential turmoil in our armed forces are there. On Jan. 6, a disturbing number of veterans and active-duty members of the military took part in the attack on the Capitol. More than 1 in 10 of those charged in the attacks had a service record. A group of 124 retired military officials, under the name “Flag Officers 4 America,” released a letter echoing Donald Trump’s false attacks on the legitimacy of our elections.

Recently, and perhaps more worrying, Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino, the commanding general of the Oklahoma National Guard, refused an order from President Biden mandating that all National Guard members be vaccinated against the coronavirus. Mancino claimed that while the Oklahoma Guard is not federally mobilized, his commander in chief is the Republican governor of the state, not the president.

The potential for a total breakdown of the chain of command along partisan lines — from the top of the chain to squad level — is significant should another insurrection occur. The idea of rogue units organizing among themselves to support the “rightful” commander in chief cannot be dismissed.

Imagine competing commanders in chief — a newly reelected Biden giving orders, versus Trump (or another Trumpian figure) issuing orders as the head of a shadow government. Worse, imagine politicians at the state and federal levels illegally installing a losing candidate as president.

The lack of military preparedness for the aftermath of the 2020 election was striking and worrying. Trump’s acting defense secretary, Christopher C. Miller, testified that he deliberately withheld military protection of the Capitol before Jan. 6. Army Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, reportedly scrambled to ensure the nation’s nuclear defense chains were secure from illegal orders. It is evident the whole of our military was caught off-guard.

With the country still as divided as ever, we must take steps to prepare for the worst.

First, everything must be done to prevent another insurrection. Not a single leader who inspired it has been held to account. Our elected officials and those who enforce the law — including the Justice Department, the House select committee and the whole of Congress — must show more urgency.

But the military cannot wait for elected officials to act. The Pentagon should immediately order a civics review for all members — uniformed and civilian — on the Constitution and electoral integrity. There must also be a review of the laws of war and how to identify and deal with illegal orders. And it must reinforce “unity of command” to make perfectly clear to every member of the Defense Department whom they answer to. No service member should say they didn’t understand whom to take orders from during a worst-case scenario.

In addition, all military branches must undertake more intensive intelligence work at all installations. The goal should be to identify, isolate and remove potential mutineers; guard against efforts by propagandists who use misinformation to subvert the chain of command; and understand how that and other misinformation spreads across the ranks after it is introduced by propagandists.

Finally, the Defense Department should war-game the next potential post-election insurrection or coup attempt to identify weak spots. It must then conduct a top-down debrief of its findings and begin putting in place safeguards to prevent breakdowns not just in the military, but also in any agency that works hand in hand with the military.

The military and lawmakers have been gifted hindsight to prevent another insurrection from happening in 2024 — but they will succeed only if they take decisive action now.

The only casualty of January 6th was one woman, a protester, who was shot in the neck and killed by federal law enforcement.

Because of this, and troops not wanting to be vaccinated, the military and intelligence community should crack down hard an extremely partisan on military personnel and civilians.

And make no mistake, this is highly partisan.

I can’t imagine that these generals were thinking about Hillary Clinton or Stacey Abrams claiming they were cheated out of their victory, or that the media now admitted that the whole “Russiagate” thing was a fabrication.

No, clearly the intention is “anyone who questions a Democrat victory, no matter how suspicious, will be met with the full force of the Defense and Intelligence sectors.”

It’s not yet 2022 and they want to war-game a counter insurrection in 2024.

I’ll tell you what this is.  The military was defeated in Afghanistan and Iraq.  They know they lack the capacity to defend Taiwan.  The bureaucratic wealth and power that comes with fighting a forever war must be maintained and the perfect target for them are American citizens who oppose them.

The fact that not one or two, but three generals had this thought and put it on paper should scare the shit out of you.

If you thought the partisan press was the enemy of the people, they don’t hold a candle to the partisan military.

He should have shot the dog on sight like I would have

Mom has arms ripped apart, dies stopping pit bull from attacking 4-year-old son

A Wisconsin mother had her arms ripped apart by a pit bull while saving her 4-year-old son from the dog and later died, kin say.

The boy’s father “got home to find her lying on the bathroom floor. She said, ‘I have no arms, and I’m dying,’ ” said Pingel’s sister, Shannon Pingel, to the Wausau Daily Herald.

She suffered kidney failure and had had both her arms amputated.

Pingel’s son, Damion, received 70 stitches to his leg after being bitten by the dog and was later released from the hospital.

Bernarde, who was also bitten during the ordeal, told cops that he pulled the dog off Pingel, dragged it out to the yard and shot it.

Let’s count up the casualties from one pit bull:

Boy, 4-years-old, bit in the leg requiring 70 stitches.

Mom, 35, both arms ripped up and amputated, died of trauma induced kidney failure nine days later.

Dad, also bitten, extent of injuries unknown.

Daughter, 5-years-old, no longer has a mom.

All of this could have been prevented had dad liberally applied pistol to pit bull the very first time the dog crossed his threshold.

Two weeks, two pit bulls, two stories of 4-year-olds being attacked, three arms lost, one death.

But no, I’m the fucking asshole for saying that if I see a pit bull near my family I’m going pull an Atticus Finch and fucking shoot it.
