Why we can’t believe the Media: The “Food Insecurity” episode.
Ekramul Ehite is a busy person. The fourth-year doctoral student from Bangladesh spends a lot of time at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville’s Institute for Agriculture, running lab experiments and researching how to transform agricultural waste into usable bioenergy.
But when he finally finds time to step away from his work to grab a bite to eat in the afternoon, the only on-campus dining location at the agriculture campus — Mabel’s at McCord Hall — is closed by 2 p.m.
Like a surprising number of Tennessee college students, both graduate and undergraduate, Ehite often finds himself without time, access or money for his next meal.

I am going on a limb here, but according to the picture, Ekramul could miss a meal or 2 a day or at least substitute them with salads. FFS, he looks like he could part of a Jenny Craig commercial, the “before” image.
And that is why we do not believe what the media says, no matter how much they bitch about Fake News. They hold the patent.
