Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

And, today’s Google Doodle celebrates a gay/lesbian activist who has, from what I can tell from the Wikipedia page, absolutely NO connection whatsoever to June 6 in any way.
.
Is it any wonder the younger generation has no clue.
Google cannot celebrate or honor American exceptionalism or sacrifice; they are far too Woke for that.
.
One of these days I’m going to go through American history and see if June has a significantly higher number of historical days which could celebrate American achievements, just to see if one reason June was chosen as Pride Month (they could have literally chosen ANY month) is to deliberately overshadow them. Pride already overshadows “Juneteenth” — intersectional Woke-ism is already conflicting with itself — and I’m just curious what else it might be conflicting with.
The Greatest Generation, indeed. Truly, we as a nation don’t deserve them.
