Introducing Dan Crenshaw of Texas.
He is a Freshman Congressman from Texas. Compare his reasoning to that of the media darling Freshmen AOC, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib.

This man needs to be President.
I like this guy
Don’t be fooled, this guy is McCain Jr. – an establishment neocon Republican who will sell out at the earliest opportunity.
That’s a lot of buzzwords to fit into one sentence.
And his amendment was to exclude people who’ve been through the TSA Pre-Check screening (and therefore aren’t required to remove their shoes and go through the Nude-o-tron at the airport) from the UBC bill.
Think about that. They voted down an exemption for people screened and qualified for TSA Pre-Check.
Recall that the Dems were ALL about “No Fly, No Buy” a few years ago, after the Boston Marathon bombing and the San Bernardino shooting. Voting down this amendment is saying a person who is eminently qualified to fly, still shouldn’t be able to buy.
(As an aside, I’m willing to bet they’d also vote against an exemption for CCW license holders, because when you’ve been trained and educated, background checked, fingerprinted, submitted character references, paid extra fees, and been interviewed by your Sheriff … you still shouldn’t be able to buy a gun without jumping through “reasonable” hoops.)
Hypocrisy at its finest, ladies and gentleman, and good on Crenshaw for exposing it. It’s not now and has never been about public safety, and the “No Fly, No Buy” hullabaloo was just a cover for “No Buy … Period”.
