I had some firecrackers go off quicker than I expected, twice, burning the hella out of my hand when I was teenager. Got off light compared to a friend of mine.
I got the Universe’s message and didn’t try for a 3rd time. Since then I’ve left fireworks to the pros and still have all my phalanges. 😉
