He hires crazy expensive lawyer to fight for him, the courts actually do find that she lied under oath.
She is Forced to admit it on the stand…
NO Penalty or sanction for her, he is finally cleared, and can resume his career…
While paying off Thousands in Legal bills AND our Spineless Politically Correct Command Staff still assume he is Guilty as Charged.
Member ended up transferring out of state just to be able to live his life without the cloud she produced.
I lost one my best, most skilled unit members,
As far as I know the ex-GF never had any consequences,
nor did anyone else who tried to nail this guy to the wall,
even those who continued to harass him AFTER the courts cleared him completely.

I believe the first person killed during the serving of an ERPO was Gary Willis of Maryland. According to this article there was a family disturbance prior to the ERPO being served. The cops investigating this disturbance suggested to Mr. Willis’ sister that she file an ERPO because Mr. Willis was an alcoholic who had threatened to shoot her. She did so. No one told Mr. Willis about this.
I was unable to find a listing of people injured or killed during the serving of an ERPO.
