Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.
Apparently .22 lr is still hard to find.
Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

If you’re good enough to make head shots, .22 LR fired from a rifle is deadly. It has its place in the coming war.
Ha, joke’s on him! I have one I’m willing to sell for half that price 🙂
ericmt, I gots TWO rounds that I would begrudgingly part with for only half of your half (plus shipping and handling of course). 😉
Seriously, there was a quantity at the last gun show I went to, while the prices were not nearly as high as is advertised above, they were IMHO still way too high for us mere mortals – I absolutely REFUSE to pay more for one brick than I was able to get 2 bricks for at this time last year. Yes, it makes it hard to go out and do any plinking when you don’t have ammo but enough is enough.
And .22Mag is even worse……………;-(
22 is around 13 cents a round if you want Armscor. $650 for 5k rounds.
I wish I’d been awake before these prices got crazy…
5.56 is still over 35 a round 🙁
The mind blowing thing is that some time in the distant future when they’ve got new forms of ammo, this sign won’t be a joke 🙂
I walked into a Walmart today to look for some shelving and went over to look at the sporting goods section. The ammo shelves are still pretty bare; this is starting to get ridiculous.
