Pete Buttigieg: "Travel in my mind is is synonymous with growth, with adventure, even love. So much so that I proposed to my husband Chasten in an airport terminal. Don't let anybody tell you that O'Hare isn't romantic."

As a former resident of the Chicago metropolitan area and having flown through Chicago O’Hare many, many times. I can assure you that O’Hare Airport is not romantic.
The only good part about O’Hare was the BOGO at Nuts on Clark.
Then again, if you are familiar with the history of politicians having anonymous sex in airport terminal restrooms, then I suspect “nuts on Clark in O’Hare” means something very different from chocolate covered cashews, and very may well be romantic.
My experience at O’Hare was that I couldn’t wait to out of there, either flying to/from Chicago, or changing planes. Nope not romantic.
And now we move into the total clown show lunatic fringe. Gonna be real hard to travel when these clowns institute the green new deal….
And, in his mind that somehow makes him qualified to talk about transportation issues?
Oh, I forgot. Being gay qualified him to be mayor, and potentially President.
Even -good- airports aren’t exactly romantic. Buttergag needs to share what he’s smoking, because it is CLEARLY some really good stuff.
My experience with o’hare was it had the most disgusting washrooms, followed closely by Mn/SP.
Buttigieg is absolutely right. If getting groped by TSA goons doesn’t count as a romantic getaway, I don’t know what does.
Butt good ol’ “Bootygiggles” got a BOGO on nut’s by Chasten.
