AWA is on it.
May his/her apendages become rotten. (The hacker’s)
Update:
His tricks are getting old. Still painful as he likes to do this when we are asleep.
If you spot one of these redirects, please report it. I need to know what page you were viewing when the redirect took place. That’s the starting point for me to find what magic he is using.
Well, crap, I posted about it in another thread before this was up. I had a heck of a time just getting to your page. Anyway, yes, wish someone would find the hackers and throw them in a lake of rubbing alcohol and broken glass.
If you have an outgoing connection filter on your computer, you might put the offending host name in it. I blocked all connections to “green go platform dot com” (remove the spaces and put in an actual dot) and I don’t see the redirects now. Or perhaps AWA has just fixed it and it’s just a coincidence.
I don’t know about filters for Windows. The one I use is for Mac, called “Little Snitch” (strange name) from a company in Austria. Works very nicely.
I was redirected to make a Calendar note, it wanted to open Calendar on my iPad. When I clicked on Back arrow, it was an endless list of open calendar.
This is a very common attack right now. Fyi i can direct you to effective (but expensive) solutions
