An Israeli officer is handling holy books found in the collapsed building in Florida. In our Jewish fate, holy books need to be handled with special care. @JoeSilverman7 @shoshido @LouisvilleGun @ZenfinityDesign @RealVeryMary @IDF pic.twitter.com/Mbw23cIpHB

In Israel, there are special teams of Orthodox Jews who comb through the wreckage of terrorist attacks to recover every last bit of human remains for proper burial, because according to Jewish law, the body is supposed to be buried intact.
The Israelis have managed, in the worst of times and under the most grueling of circumstances, to live according to the rules of our faith.
This is the sort of small gesture that humbles me and inspires me.
Cool.
I didn’t know about the post-attack teams.
