The article also claimed that China could impose pharmaceutical export controls which would plunge America into “the mighty sea of coronavirus.”

If the Chinese actually try to pull this, there’s a simple answer: an immediate full ban on all Chinese imports. No grace period for goods in transit, no exceptions.
