I am not allowed to carry a gun at work, or even possess one on site. But… Where I work is only entered through metal detectors and a positive ID system. It is protected by a double layer of fencing with intrusion alarms, and patrolled by armed security guards 24/7. I feel safe because it is NOT a gun free zone.
The White House Security and their armed defense is at least an order of magnitude tougher. And when President Trump visits her school, his security team will be bringing lots and lots of guns.
