Let me see if I get this right: Iranians screwed themselves and others within their borders for the legal action of Trump way outside their borders?
If they believe that, they also believe this is a true hostage situation.
Remember, Obama had New Zealand send a paramilitary raid team to Kim’s private island to arrest him for…hosting a file sharing site.
There’s a hostage situation going on here, but it’s more akin to something in Stockholm than something in Rock Ridge.
Every media talks head has said the same thing in the last 24 hours. He got the DNC memo.
Ah, Blazing Saddles. A movie that likely couldn’t be made today.
Assuming what he’s saying is true, it sounds like Iran suffered violations of Rules #2 and #4.
Rule #2: Never point your weapon at something you’re not willing to destroy.
Rule #4: Know your target, and what’s beyond, around, and in front of it.
What he’s saying is, expecting an American response, Iran fired at whatever plane was in the sky at the time. They didn’t check commercial flight logs and departures for non-military traffic. They shot in the dark without making visual confirmation of their target.
And that’s AFTER they fired missiles at a joint American/Iraqi air base.
But it’s all Donald Trump’s fault, because of a Tweet. Riiiiigghht.

After writing all that, another thought comes to mind. Trump didn’t order a response after the missile attack. If he had, there might have been an American military jet in the sky for Iran to shoot down. It’s all his fault for taking the so-called “high road”.
(Dear Lord, I’m starting to think like them.)
