It’s generally a bad idea to leave food out for wild animals like that. You are training them to see humans (or at least human habitat) as a source of food.
That’s fine until you need to take the garbage out late one night or do some other errand, and they decide to defend their food source.
And that’s setting aside all of the other issues that come with it,
